Wendy: She knows Jo Ann...... I know I can't let her look into this..... She got herself into all this mess... No, I don't know if she has fucked him! She can't keep her legs closed.

Emily walks downstairs and starts crying. She runs outside and slams the door. Vinnie and Thomas run after her.

Vinnie: Em hey come here.

Vinnie stops Emily from getting in her car and brings her to his chest.

Thomas: Em what happened?
Emily: She knows who my mom is. Her name is Jo Ann and she practically called me a whore!
Thomas: That name sounds familiar.

Tyler and Taylor walk outside.

Tyler: Emily I'm sorry. I overheard her.
Taylor: Who's Jo Ann?
Thomas: It sounds familiar doesn't it?
Taylor: Yeah it does.

Vinnie continues to hold Emily and tries to calm her down.

Thomas: It's Nick's mom's name.
Emily: Austin?
Taylor: Yeah.

Wendy walks outside.

Wendy: Why is everyone outside?
Taylor: I don't know mom why don't you tell us what you are hiding.

Emily hugs Thomas next and Thomas hugs her back.

Taylor: You lied to us.
Wendy: I did what I had to do.
Tyler: So calling her a whore? Is it something you call your daughter?
Wendy: She isn't mine.
Taylor: Mom!
Mom: She's a slutty little whore! I never liked you and I'm glad you know now that you aren't mine.
Taylor: Mom that's fucked up!

Thomas pushes Emily into the car. She starts crying harder.

Wendy: Look at her. She has them tied around her fingers.
Taylor: They care about her. I care about her.

Tyler walks over to the car and starts talking to Emily.

Wendy: Theirs no saying who she has fucked or not. I'm surprised she doesn't have like 10 children. Look at how Thomas and Vinnie treat her.
Thomas: I have never slept with her nor has she been with Vinnie. She's like a little sister to us.
Taylor: Let's get her out of here.

Thomas and Vinnie get in the car. They drive away. Tyler gets in Taylor's car.

Wendy: I can't believe you would take her side over your mother's!
Taylor: You called her a whore! You put it as though she was the biggest mistake of your life.
Wendy: She was. I never want to see her again if I don't have to.
Taylor: Your a mean cold-hearted bitch.

Taylor gets in his car and speeds off. Taylor calls Thomas and they meet in town.

Emily: Let me call him.
Thomas: Okay.
Vinnie: We're right here for you.

Emily stays in the car as the boys get out.

Nick: Hey! What's up little one!
Emily: I need to tell you something.
Nick: Is everything okay? You never sound this serious... Are you pregnant? Am I gonna be a good father!?
Emily: No I found out some news the other day. I'm not drelated to Taylor. We asked my mom and then she lied to us. When we found out the truth she was talking to your mom on the phone.
Nick: But I'm older than you Em.
Emily: I know but only by a year and a half.
Nick: I'll ask my mom but uh how did your mom lie?
Emily: We asked her said she didn't know anything went upstairs to the office got on the phone with Jo Ann and called me a whore.
Nick: Don't listen to her. I'll confront my mom about it. Are you in Texas?
Emily: Yeah. I'll let you know when I'm back in L.A.
Nick: Alright. You know Ryland was always saying you were a mini-me.
Emily: Yeah I guess he wasn't wrong.
