Pt.16

Taylor: I can go with you.
Emily: No you can give it to him.
Taylor: You still love him I can tell. What he did was wrong.
Emily: He didn't fire the gun. I made him hit the trigger.
Taylor: I know and he's paying for it. He may be sentenced to life in prison.
Emily: I won't let that happen.
Taylor: It's not your call.

They get to Taylor and Taylor leads Emily to the spare room by Tyler's room. Taylor goes to his room and packs.

Tyler: Why don't you like me?
Emily: I just don't.
Tyler: Are you afraid of liking me?
Emily: Last time I liked one of Taylor's friends I got hurt and shot. It doesn't go well together.
Tyler: What makes you think I'm anything like Bryce?
Emily: You aren't. I would get packed.

Tyler packs and falls asleep. Emily finally falls asleep. Around 10:27 Tyler goes to wake up Emily when she's crying in her sleep. Tyler goes and gets Taylor. Taylor wakes her up.

Taylor: Em.n
Emily: No No No!

Taylor shakes Emily and she pushes him back.

Emily: Get back!

Emily brings her knees up to her chest and finally realizes it Taylor crawls to him and hugs him. Taylor hugs her back and looks at Tyler and he looks back at Taylor.

Taylor: Sis what are you seeing?
Emily: No.

Tyler goes to leave but Emily grabs his arm and stops him. After Emily calms down she lets go of Tyler.

Taylor gets Emily out of the room and starts packing up both cars.

Taylor: Em you gotta tell me what you have been seeing?
Emily: The same thing I've been seeing since I got kidnapped...
Tyler: Which is?
Emily: No.

Tyler sits by Emily. Taylor walks back inside for his last bag.

Tyler: We can't help you unless you tell us.
Emily: It's a nightmare but now it's changed.
Tyler: Okay what changed about it?
Emily: I don't want to talk about it.

They all get in the cars and go to the airport. They get on Taylor's private jet and get their cars shipped over.

Tyler: This is a jet nice man.
Taylor: Thank you.

Emily stays quiet and texts the group chat Hype.

They get to Wendy's and Emily hugs her mom and goes straight upstairs.

Wendy: Taylor.
Taylor: She's getting bad again mom. I don't know what to do. She's having these nightmares and won't open up to anyone
Wendy: What made you think it was a good idea for her to come here? You took away from her comfort people and area Taylor. You may be the reason we lose her.

Wendy walks away upstairs. Tyler looks at Taylor and Taylor looks at Tyler.

Tyler: Let me try to talk to her.
Taylor: Be my guess.

Tyler walks upstairs and Wendy is banging on Emily's door.

Tyler: Let me try momma.
Wendy: Hope she opens the door.

Wendy walks downstairs and Tyler knocks on the door. Emily ignores him until he picks the lock and walks in. Tyler sees Emily on the ground.

Tyler: Talk to me.
Emily: No.
Tyler: Please.
Emily: Get out.
Tyler: No.

Emily gets up and pushes Tyler out and soon you hear a big crash. Tyler tries to open Emily's door and it won't budge.

Taylor: Em! Open up!
Emily: Go away!!
Taylor: Em, please!
Wendy: What was that?
Tyler: She pushed me out and then shortly after I heard a big crash.

Taylor tries to kick in the door but it won't budge.

Taylor: She probably has her dresser up against it and it's probably pushing up against her bed.
Wendy: How is she supposed to get out of her room?
Taylor: She doesn't.
Tyler: Taylor call Thomas now!
Wendy: Taylor you're making her worse. Please.

Taylor gets out his phone and calls Thomas.

✨On the phone✨

Thomas: Yeah?
Taylor: Please bring Ace and them. She's locked herself in her room. She won't be able to push her dresser out of the way. Please, Thomas.
Thomas: We are already packing our bags. I promised we would visit.
Taylor: Leave as soon as you can.
Thomas: I'll be there as soon as I can.

Off the phone.

Taylor: They will be here as soon as they can.

Later that night Emily packs a bag and throws it out of her window and she soon goes out her window and grabs her bike and starts riding into town.

She finds a party and hijacks its alcohol and starts riding on her bike again. She finds herself in the old boat house where she had her first party and got drunk the first time. It's in the woods.

Emily: Been a while since I've been here.

Emily grabs a bottle of tequila and starts drinking it.

With Taylor and Tyler.

Taylor: Tyler have you heard anything?
Tyler: No. Doesn't she have a window?

They soon hear Wendy scream from outside. The boys rush outside.

Taylor: Mom what happened?
Wendy: Her window is opened.
Tyler: We didn't hear her car?
Taylor: Her bike. Check the side of the house.

Tyler checks the side of the house.

Tyler: It's gone.
Taylor: Damn it!
Tyler: How did she make that jump?
Taylor: She's strong don't let her little body fool you.
Wendy: Find her.
Tyler: Is her location on?
Taylor: No. She never has it on anymore.

Taylor and Tyler get in Taylor's car and they start looking for Emily.

Back with Emily at the Boathouse.

Teenager: What are you doing here?
Emily: Who are you?
Teenager: Jake and you?
Emily: I'm Emily.
Jake: Are you from around here?
Emily: Used to.

Emily gets a bottle of whiskey and starts drinking.

Jake: May I have a drink?
Emily: Do you own this place?

Emily hands the bottle to the teenager.

Jake: No. My friends come here to get high. They heard some noises and left. I came to check it out and found you.
Emily: Wanna get drunk together?
Jake: You are already drunk but sure.

They get drunk and soon the kid leaves and Emily stumbles over to her bike and starts walking to the road.

Once she gets you the road she sees headlights in the distance and it becomes blurry. She then passes out right before the car passes.
