Pt. 111

Phillip: No. She has my extra pair of handcuffs and my vest.
Emily: Are you into that kinky stuff?
Phillip: Emily Faye!
Emily: I'm just asking!
Phillip: I'm not talking to you about my sex life okay?
Emily: Is that bad?
Phillip: No.

Phillip calls Cara and they are meeting her at the post office. Phillip runs inside and grabs the keys from her and her mail.

Cara: Is she worth all this trouble?
Phillip: Yeah.
Cara: You dating?
Phillip: She is an old friend of my sister.
Cara: Hm she gonna get you in trouble.
Phillip: She is of age.
Cara: You have always liked them a little young.
Phillip: Cara I don't like her.
Cara: Tell that to your red-ass face.
Phillip: It's a long story. We have someone who is following us.
Cara: Why am I the only one you call when you get your ass In trouble?
Phillip: Cause I would do the same for you. I gotta go.
Cara: Better not have sex in bed!
Phillip: Come on have a little more faith in me.
Cara: You can barely hold it together in front of me. Now keep it in your pants
Phillip: I don't like her.
Cara: Hm I know you a little better than that. I can see it through your pants.

Phillip shakes his head and walks out of the post office. He gets in his truck and starts driving again.

Emily: You good?
Phillip: Yeah.
Emily: What did she say?
Phillip: Nothing.
Emily: Your face says something else.
Phillip: You're 21 right?
Emily: Not yet. Have a month.
Phillip: Fuck.
Emily: What? Did she say anything about me?
Phillip: Let's just worry about Jaden that is still like 3 cars behind us.
Emily: Okay.

They finally pull into a parking garage. Phillip gets out and walks over to Emily's side and opens her door.

Emily: Phillip.
Phillip: You are a lot younger than I expected.
Emily: Does that freak you out?
Phillip: No.
Emily: Jaden is like 5 lanes back.
Phillip: I know.

Emily grabs Phillip's drink and hands it to him. She then grabs hers and they get out. Philip stands behind Emily and hides her face as they are walking to the stairs. Phillip keeps his open hand on Emily's lower back as they start walking up the stairs. Jaden was just walking through the door.

They finally get to Cara's apartment and open the door. Phillip stands on the outside as Emily stands on the inside hidden.

Jaden looks around the corner and sees Phillip standing there.

Phillip looks down at Emily as she takes his drink and sets it down.

Phillip: He's at the end of the hallway.
Emily: Well then.

Emily puts her hands out grabs Phillip's shirt and pulls him in close.

All Jaden can see is a girl's hand on Phillip's chest as he looks at her inside the apartment.

Phillip: I gotta go, baby.
Emily: Please!

Emily pulls him down and before they kiss she drags him into the apartment and closes the door.

Phillip: Nice acting.

Jaden watches everything and decides to leave. He gets mad at himself for thinking it was Emily.

Phillip looks out the door and Jaden is gone.

Phillip: He's gone.
Emily: Let's wait him out for about 15 minutes.
Phillip: Alright.

Emily slides down the wall and drinks her star bucks as Phillip grabs his handcuffs and vest.

Phillip: You okay?
Emily: Yeah. I'm okay.
Phillip: Sure you are.
Emily: I just came very close to kissing you.
Phillip: You said you've done this before.
Emily: I have.
Phillip: Then what's the problem? Am I too old for you?
Emily: No.
Phillip: I see no problem. Just breathe. Relax. Nothing happened.
