Pt.63

Tayler: She hasn't said a name. There are only 2 people who I can help her deal with this.
Tyler: Who?
Tayler: Blake and Jaden.
Tyler: You're gonna call them?
Tayler: Not unless I have to.
Lane: What do they have to do with this?
Tayler: Jaden was gone 3 months with her and Blake was the first one to go with her when she was taken the first time.
Tyler: Blake is the best option.
Tayler: Not necessarily. If it's not any better when she wakes up I'm calling Jaden.
Tyler: Call the police.

With Chreesh and Emily. Chreesh wakes up and Emily is still laying on his chest. He puts another movie on and Emily starts shaking.

Chreesh: Em. Emily.

Emily wakes up and has tears in her eyes.

Chreesh: Nightmare?
Emily: Yeah...
Chreesh: It's okay. We won't let anybody take you.
Emily: You don't want to mess with them. They will take you too.
Chreesh: Let's worry about that when the time comes.

Lane walks into the room and slightly smiles at Emily.

Lane: You're up.
Emily: Yeah... Has Kristian and Ace got here?
Lane: No didn't know they were coming.
Emily: Oh...

Chreesh gets up and walks out of the room into the hallway bathroom.

Lane: Tayler is back.
Emily: Okay.

Emily jumps out of bed and runs downstairs. When she sees Tayler she jumps into his arms and hugs him.

Tayler: Are you okay?
Emily: Now I am.

Later that night they eat dinner and watch movies. Someone knocks on the door and Tyler answers it. Emily soon hears Kristian's voice.

Kristian: Is she okay?
Tyler: She's a little on edge.

Emily gets up and runs into Kristian's arms.

Kristian: Ace left his phone in the lobby and we went out to lunch.
Ace: You said you grabbed it.
Emily: Get a new phone.
Ace: I am when we go back home.

Emily hugs Ace and goes back to hugging Kristian.

Tayler: Come on in guys.

They all hang out in the living room and Emily falls asleep on Ace's shoulder and hugs Kristian's arm.

Tayler: How do you guys get her so calm?
Kristian: I don't even know.
Ace: It helps if she is close to the person. Or if she's known you for a long time.
Kristian: Em is always going to Thomas and Mia first.
Tayler: Yeah I've realized that. She doesn't have a lot of girlfriends.
Ace: Mia and Paige.
Kristian: Mainly Mia.
Tayler: She doesn't talk to Amelie or Nessa?
Ace: Haven't heard about Nessa in a long time. Amelie talks to her every once in a while.
Tyler: Is she close with anyone she used to hang out with?
Kristian: Maybe Blake and Jaden.

Emily shifts so she is laying on Kristian now and brings her legs up to her chest.

Tayler: She doesn't ever wake up?
Ace: When we move.
Kristian: Do we need to stay longer?
Tayler: No. I have something in mind.
Ace: Okay.
Tayler: Do you think you guys could sleep over? I want her to sleep through the night.
Kristian: Yeah we can.
Jayden: One of you guys can have my bed. I'll bunk with Kayden.
Ace: Alright.

A couple of hours later the guys all go their separate ways. Lane ends up crashing with Kayden and Jayden. Ace and Kristian take Emily up to her room. Emily's phone rings and Ace answers it.

✨On the phone✨

Ace: Emily's phone.
Thomas: Hey it's Thomas.
Ace: Hey Thomas!
Thomas: Where is Emily?
Ace: she is currently sleeping.
Thomas: Oh well tell her I called and that I said goodnight
Ace: I will. Goodnight Thomas.
Thomas: Goodnight Ace.

✨Off the phone ✨

Ace plugs Emily's phone in and they all go to bed. Ace goes to go to the other bed and Emily stops him and pulls him into a hug and falls back asleep. Her grip loosens and Ace gets in the other bed while Kristian starts falling asleep by Emily.

The next morning Kristian walks up and goes to the restroom and Emily wakes up after he leaves the bed. She then gets up and lies over by Ace.

When Kristian comes back he checks his phone and Ace slowly wakes up.

Ace: When did you get over here?
Emily: A couple of minutes ago.
Kristian: You missed a call from Thomas last night.
Emily: Oh yeah.

Ace and Kristian get their shoes on and Emily uses the bathroom. When she gets back the guys are ready to go.

Ace: We will see you later.
Emily: No!
Kristian: Would you love to go out to breakfast?
Ace: Better spend the day with us. We leave tonight.
Emily: Okay.

Emily rushes to get dressed and the guys walk downstairs as she was getting dressed. Before Emily walks out of the room Jayden walks in and bumps into her. Emily hits her nose on Jayden's chest.

Jayden: I'm sorry.
Emily: It's okay.
Jayden: Where are you headed?
Emily: Breakfast with the boys. I'll be back before you guys know it.
Jayden: Kayden and I were about to go out to breakfast too.
Emily: You are more than welcome to join us.
Jayden: It's okay. We have to get Rocky from the airport.
Emily: Oh okay.

Emily and the boys leave and go eat breakfast. After they eat and do a little bit of shopping they drop Emily back off at the Airbnb.

Emily walks through the door and Tayler is waiting for her.

Tayler: About time!
Tyler: Tayler.
Tayler: She didn't tell anybody she was leaving! You left your phone here and I couldn't get ahold of Ace or Kristian. Don't ever do that again!

Emily cowards down a little bit from the yelling and gets tears in her eyes. Tayler still seems pissed but not realizing Emily getting scared.

Tayler: Do you not understand that you can't just go somewhere without telling someone? I was thinking about the worst possible thing that could've happened to you! God damn it Emily say something!

Emily has tears going down her cheeks and Tayler finally realizes and his facial expression softens.

Emily rushes to her room and locks herself in the bathroom without realizing that the shower is running.
