Pt. 10

Emily: you 2 are partners
Bryce: Okay.

Thomas and everyone finally pulls up and meets them.

Thomas: So hide and seek.
Emily: Yep. Everything should be unlocked.

Bryce and Jacob start counting when Emily takes Vinnie's hand while everyone is starting to run. Emily takes Vinnie to the rooftop and unlocks it.

Vinnie: No one will find us here.
Emily: Hopefully we aren't locked up here. I locked it back.
Vinnie: It's okay.

They sit down on the roof and wait.

Vinnie: I'm glad you are out of your room but what's with the dangerous stuff?
Emily: You only live once.

About 30 minutes go by and they still haven't been found.

Emily: I think we are the winners.
Vinnie: Maybe.

Emily's phone starts ringing. She hurries and puts it on silent mode and answers it.

✨On the phone✨

Emily: Hello?
Josh: I got the notification that you are currently at your apartment. You need to take me off your life 360.
Emily: Sorry.
Vinnie: Em let's go. They gave up. We won.
Emily: Great!
Josh: Sounds like you are busy.
Emily: We aren't doing this.

✨Off the phone✨

Vinnie takes Emily's hand and starts walking to the door. He opens it and they start walking. He lets her hand go as soon as they weren't on the roof top anymore.

Thomas: Where the fuck were you?
Emily: Roof.
Jackson: Nice. I wanna be your partner.
Thomas: Vin come be my partner.

They switch and Ace and Kristian start counting.

Emily and Jackson go to office and hide in the closet. They lock the door behind them.

Jackson: Did you have to pick such a small space?
Emily: I'm not touching you so it's not small.
Jackson: Are you offering?
Emily: No.

They see a light at the bottom of the door and it soon disappears as fast as it appeared.

Jackson walks up behind Emily and moves her hair aside and leans in and breathes against her.

Emily: Jackson what are you doing?
Jackson: Nothing.

Jackson puts his hands on Emily's waist and leans her body against hers. Emily places her hands on top of Jackson's and goes to move his arms when they hear Ace.

Ace: Jackson is probably trying to get in her pants.
Kristian: She's not stupid.
Ace: Bryce and Jacob were easy.
Bryce: It's Jacobs fault!
Jacob: Don't Blame this on me.

They all walk away with Jacob still defending himself.

Jackson pushes Emily against the wall and starts nibbling on her neck.

Emily: Jackson come on.
Jackson: What? Come on we've been in here for 10 minutes.
Emily: And? No.

Jackson backs away from Emily.

Jackson: You can make out with Bryce. Cuddle Jacob and kiss Ace.
Emily: Stop being a jealous ass.
Jackson: I'm the only one that has confessed feelings for you and you push me aside for them.
Emily: I haven't had the greatest relationships so maybe I want a guy that wants nothing really with me.

Emily walks out of the big closet and starts looking for new hiding spot. She goes into a locked apartment. She hides in one of the crawl spaces that looks like a cabinet.
