Thomas walks downstairs and walks outside. He sits on the other side of Emily and looks at Mia confused.

Mia: I don't know yet.
Thomas: What's wrong Em?
Emily: Bryce and I are done. He wanted to tell you everything that you filmed with us was a dare. He wants me to be with Jackson.
Thomas: Why?
Mia: I'm glad I'm, not the only one anymore.
Emily: What do you mean?
Thomas: yeah what do you mean?
Mia: Jackson has a special place in your heart. Ace, Kristian, and Jackson almost all have the same effect on you.
Thomas: Now I know what you are talking about.
Emily: What are you saying?
Thomas: Em you like them. You have something with them.
Mia: You don't look at Bryce the way you look at them. They are good-looking.
Thomas: Babe!
Mia: But they aren't for me!

Emily giggles and they join her.

Thomas: Is Bryce sure he's making a good choice?
Emily: I believe so. He wants me to be happy and if me being happy with Jackson then so be it is what he said.
Mia: You and Jackson would be so cute.
Thomas: He's been a lost puppy dog without talking to you.
Emily: I think I wanna tell them tonight.
Thomas: We're right here with you.
Mia: Every step.

They go inside and Thomas gets all the boys beside Vinnie in the living room.

Ace: Everything okay?
Jacob: Em you have mascara running down your face.
Emily: I know I know.
Thomas: No more questions listen to her.
Emily: You guys know nick.

Everyone mutters a yeah or yes. Emily looks at everyone and continues to speak.

Emily: Well I figured out he's my actual brother. Taylor isn't my real brother. When I went down to Texas I found out that my mother who has been my mother since I've been a baby has been behind everything. The kidnappings me getting shot. Everything.
Jacob: What!
Ace: That's fucked up!
Thomas: Nick is very protective.

Taylor walks into the living room with Tyler behind him.

Taylor: That's no joke.
Emily: I'm not the one that threw a shoe at me when you got pissed.
Kristian: You threw a shoe at her?
Taylor: I was drunk. Now that's not an excuse but I have apologized.
Jackson: What does this have to do with Nick?
Bryce: Get out of my head.
Jackson: Sorry.
Thomas: He jumped in front of Emily.
Mia: If he comes around it means don't do anything stupid.

Emily walks over to Taylor and hugs him.

Taylor: Mom confessed to everything. She is in jail right now. Bryce heard about it and came clean about everything. Thomas and Vinnie reached out and told me.
Emily: Thomas!
Thomas: You have your agenda I have mine.
Tyler: Speaking of shoes Wendy threw hers at us.
Taylor: And some other things.
Emily: Go figure.

Emily's phone rings and she answers.

           ✨On the phone✨

Emily: Hello?
Nick: Hey...
Emily: What's wrong?

Emily walks into the kitchen

Nick: Ryland told his girlfriend and she was threatening you.
Emily: Excuse me!
Nick: I took care of it. I just wanted you to know.
Emily: You let me know if I need to beat her ass.
Nick: No your good. She won't be coming around anymore. Are you okay? You sound like you have been crying.
Emily: Cause I have.
Nick: I'm already in my car. Do I need to come over?
Emily: No I'm okay. I was just talking about you. Thomas was talking about you and how protective you are.
Nick: You're my mini-me. I will always protect you.
Taylor: And I thank you for that!
Nick: you're welcome.
Emily: Eavesdropping much!
Taylor: You aren't very good at hiding your emotions.
Emily: I don't care. I'm talking to him leave.
Taylor: Fine.
Emily:...
Nick: Ryland stop
Emily: He's gone.
Nick: Can you meet me somewhere? Ryland is getting drunk right now.
Emily: Yeah. Where?
Nick: park closest to you.
Emily: Okay.
