Over the next several weeks, I spent a lot of my time at school bonding with the Cullen's, and of course with Ivar. I still kept to myself during lunch, and I was kind of glad the vamps let me have that time to me. I had met Alice a few more times, and she did keep trying to get me to sit with them for whatever reason, but I could care less about giving into her whims. I am not very easily persuaded, and besides, my time after school is better spent on my hobbies for now. I feel no need to rush my friendship with the vamps yet, I know I have time before the main plot takes place.

Ivar and I have spent a lot of our class time discussing hobbies (I have yet to tell him all of mine), plans for our futures, college majors, and some light movie debates. He is not very well versed in movie knowledge, I can tell he has probably only seen a few, and since the ones he mentions are all Action movies, I am guessing Emmett had a hand to play in that.

Ivar has also taken to the routine of greeting me in the morning in the parking lot and walking me back to my bike after classes are over. Last Friday, he asked me why I don't eat in the cafeteria, and I told him the same thing I told Jas and Em, but I also invited him to join me whenever he wants.

Currently, I am heading to the library for lunch, only this time it's to meet up with Alan to work on our English project together. The teacher decided to split the twins up for this assignment, so I got Alan and Lily got one of her band friends to work with. It's a Wednesday in late November, and the vamps have been out 'hiking' the last two days because of some random, unseasonable sunshine. I have really missed their presence in my classes, and I can even feel a dull ache forming in my chest, which I am assuming is from Ivar being gone.

So now here I am with Alan, writing a paper that is supposed to debate the personality functions of 12 Angry Men. We are working in almost silence, neither of us caring much about the assignment and just wanting to get it done. This is one of the things I love most about the twins, they don't fill silences up uselessly, and they work hard towards their goals.

"Hello fridr, is this seat taken?" I hear Ivar's smooth voice from very close to my left side, surprising me since he hasn't come here to see me before, at least not to my knowledge. He is indicating to the chair next to me, which is open since Alan is on my right side. "Or perhaps I am interrupting you?" He asks hesitantly, glancing over to my friend at my right side.

"Hello kjekken! How was your hiking?" I say with a little tease in my eyes. "You can sit, we're just working on our English paper now."

"Our hike was very fine, thanks. There are so many trails in this area, we are spoiled for choice." He then turns to Alan, who at this point has looked up from his paper and is looking at me like a grew a second head. "Hello, I am Ivar Eriksen, it is nice to meet you. I saw you at your showcase with dear Aria here, it was quite a performance, you should be proud."

"O-oh, thank you!" Alan stutters out, surprise evident on his face for some reason. "I actually learned a lot of those moves from this beast over here." He says recovering, pointing his thumb towards me while I smirk at him. "I'm Alan Knight, by the way."

"Beast? Makes sense, your other friends did call you Dragon." Ivar says with a rich teasing tone to me, raising an eyebrow at the 'beast' title. "I believe it was also on your Gi as well."

"What can I say? I am ferocious." I say with a straight face and an even tone.

"Nah, you're a dragon because you hoard all the snacks on movie nights." Alan quips back at me.

I fake gasp, hands over my heart as I look at my friend, "I would never!" I turn to a quick straight face with a challenging glint in my eyes. "You know if you slay the dragon, you can steal the treasured snacks. But alas, you shall never best the mighty Smaug."
