I feel the pain as the tightness becomes too much, but only briefly as I am pulled out of it and into the light. I cry out in shock because once again, the light is too much after being in the darkness of Death's realm.

My baby like wails cry out loudly, showing my new parents that I am alive and here. As I am being taken and cleaned up by the doctors and nurses, I note the differences in this new world. So far, I can see I again am in the real world, no animations, but I learned from the last resurrection not to judge it too quickly. I can tell I am a normal human being, in a regular modern hospital room. I can hear the nurses and doctor speaking in English, and judging by their accents, I'm guessing I'm back in America again.

I start to wonder if Death has sent me back to the world of my first life again, if I have returned to the normal Earth. I will have to wait and see, it's all I can do. I begin to feel sad as I reflect on this mundane appearance of the world, thinking my adventurous resurrections have come to an end.

I have had quite the journey so far, so perhaps this is my soul being sent on it's full circle, landing right back where it started, but stronger and more whole.

Or, maybe this is another new story realm, and I just can't see it for what it is yet. Only time will tell.

The nurse who cleaned me places me in my new mother's arms. My new mother is a beautiful red headed woman, with fair skin and bright green eyes, and the kindest and most loving smile to me that I have ever received from a mother before. I feel instantly the bond between us grow, and I smile up at her, elated to have a loving mother holding me in her arms. After my previous ones... I am a little hesitant to get close to her, but I will give her the clean slate she deserves, not letting my pasts dictate my potential relationship with her.

The man that is next to her, staring at me with the same amount of love as the woman, must be my new father. He has a Mediterranean complexion, with dark curly brown hair and dark brown eyes. My heart hurts a little again at seeing him, I just had the most wonderful father a girl could ask for in my last life. But again, I will give this new father a clean slate, and not judge him against my previous father figures, the good nor the bad.

I wonder between the two who I will end up favoring in my own looks. Personally, I am hoping for the red hair of my mother, but I would love the sun-kissed skin and wavy hair of my new father.

"I am so happy to finally meet you, Aria Freja Drakos." My new mother says to me as she holds me lovingly in her arms while my new father gently strokes my hair while kissing my new mother softly. This is a heartwarming moment for me, so many of my parents in the past have either passed so young or not been good parents, or been forced to raise me alone. But now, I have two parents, two very loving and seemingly happy parents.

I am happy also that they at least they speak English, so I won't have to learn another language again, though I have become quite good at that. My mother has a slight accent that I can't place, but otherwise it is mostly an American one. The man, my father, has a much heavier accent though, one that I can't place yet.

Still, I'm confused on my whereabouts, as the name she gave me holds no meaning to me, so I wonder again if this is the 'real world' or another story world. I'm sure in time, I will find out. For now, I will get to know my new family.

Over the next few months, I learn my mother's name is Astrid, and she is happily married to Lucas Drakos. My mother sings me Norse songs, and tells me Nordic stories which I enjoy hearing. My father is a great cook, at least from what I can smell, as my lack of teeth so far has prevented me from tasting his food so far. I will have to do research when I am older to be sure, but I believe Drakos is a Greek name in orthodox, and it does match my father's looks and his accent. However, I have learned I am definitely in America, and judging by the Evergreens I see outside my window and when in my stroller on walks, I assume I am in the Pacific Northwest.
