Najib's POV:

I hate being kept waited.

I was losing my patience seated before all the sophisticated guest who were all staring at me while exchanging side gossip.

It seems my so-called bride has a lot to learn, no one keeps Najib waiting, rather I do that.

"Where the hell is she?" I snapped.

"Can't you pretend and act normal and respectfully for once, don't you display your bad attitude before my guests."

"And if I do?" I replied.

"You don't want to lose the company."

"F*ck the deal, It's my right after all."

"You know what I am capable of, don't you?"

"Taking people's lives just like you took Mom's?" I smirked.

"Najib, that is enough!" Grandma interrupts angrily.

"Najib, he is your father, don't speak to him in that manner, and don't you see the media everywhere? Any wrong word, and we will be all over the internet and every one topic for gossip."

"Why invite the media anyways, I hate the media and those who try to control my life."

"I don't want to hear another word from any of you, allow me to enjoy the party." She scolded.

"Grands, you know I got better things to do than being here around all the fake people invited."

"Not another word from you!" She frowned. "Your bride is here." She adds with a smile.

Scanning the hall, I sighted my sister, Amina walking in the accompany of my so-called bride; they struggled their way through the crowd and photographers that enclosed them; it seemed they were more curious to see my bride's face than I was.

Her bridal gown looked very familiar; her face was covered with a veil, making it difficult to see her.

I fixed my gaze on her as I couldn't take them off until she sat beside me.

"Ya Najib! I've missed you so much." Amina laughed as she threw herself at me, she embraced me tightly.

"I've missed you too Mimi!" I smiled at her.

"Don't swallow your bride with your eyes, she's fragile." Amina teased, and that made me realize I'd been staring at her for long.

"Happy married life, bro!" she adds before she leaves to join the rest of our family.

Habiba's POV:

Once we stepped on the red carpet which led to the hall entrance, Amina closed my face properly with my veil.

Upon entrance, I became nervous as flashes of cameras from all angles flashed into our eyes; as we increased our pace, so was the crowd increasing; I was grateful for the veil because without it, I wouldn't be able to accommodate the curious gazes everyone had.

We walked to our seats, and that increased my nervousness; I was meeting my so-called husband for the first time.

Amina sat me close to him.

Sitting only an inch away from him, I could feel his gaze on me.

His cologne scents like the stranger I met earlier. I thought before the MC's voice attracted my attention.

Opening Prayers were done when the MC asked me to receive my in-law's blessings.

I appreciated Emma's presence as she helped with my sweeping gown while I walked.
