Habiba's POV:
"Who is she?"
Her giggles were all I could hear besides the rolling sounds of suitcases the maids were pulling behind them as they walked up with their hands intertwined.
We soon came face to face; his cold attitude was all he threw at me as he shoved me aside like a speck of dirt, walking away without giving regard to my presence.
I didn't get to see her face properly as she was wearing a sophisticated glass, but I could see the hardened smirk she gave me.
"Good evening ma'am," The maids bowed in greetings.
"Who is she?"
"She's Sir Najib's guest." They replied tailing them behind.
"A guest?" I murmured gazing at them till they were out of my sight.
"I guess I should ask Grandma." I sighed joining her and the rest for dinner.

"I hope you're studying hard for exams?" Father-in-law inquires.
"Yes sir." I smiled.
"Why is your head bandaged?" He asks curiously.
"She fell," Grandma replied.
"You should be careful, the head is delicate." He smiled.
"Thanks, I will sir." I smiled while scooping a spoonful of spaghetti into my mouth.
How do I ask? I was getting more curious to know who the lady with Najib was.
"How is Amina?"
"She's fine, she's asleep," I replied.
"Amina? What happened to her?" father-in-law inquires.
"She returned from shopping looking I'll," Grandma replies.
"She's just tired, I will check on her later." Mother-in-law chips in.
You should since you're the reason she's hurt. I frowned at my thought while staring angrily at her.
"Have you met Najib? He just returned." Grandma says to me.
"Yes, I met him with a guest," I replied, anticipating more responses,e, and gladly, she gave enough.
"That's Zaitun, Najib's friend from London, you remember he said she was coming over?" Grandma smiled.
"Oh!" I sighed, recalling, and just then, they walked in.
Zaitun could be described as slender, tall and very light-skinned, and her face glowed so beautifully that I had to stare at her not in admiration but out of insecurity; her aura seemed to intimidate me.
"Hello, family." She grinned happily waving her hands at everyone.
"Hi Zaitun, it's a pleasure to meet you." Mother-in-law smiled.
"It's an honour to be part of the family." She replied in a foreign accent.
"Oh yes, please join us for dinner." Mother-in-law smiled like she'd never done before.
"Thanks. You have a lovely house, I must say; Najib showed me around." She smiled scanning the dining hall in admiration.
"Yeah, you can say that again." Mother in law laughed making me wonder.
Is everything fine with her? I've never seen her this delighted; she hardly speaks at the table, but today, she was eagerly responding to Zaitun, who she just met.
