For the first time since I've arrived here in the United States, the Ellis family was having Thanksgiving together without their friends. Ashlyn and Tristan had to stay home with their families while my sister in-law would be staying. It was a normal Thanksgiving, but not what we were use to.

After spending quality time with my annoying male siblings and a sleepy Sabrina, I decided to bother my parents. I knocked on their door before entering, seeing as mummy was in bed eating chips and daddy was organising his toy car collection in the tiny shelf he got inside their spacious room.

"I'm most utterly delighted to be in your presences, the beautiful grandmother and grandfather to my unborn niece or nephew, you who most oddly had no gut or grey hair." I greeted them with a posh British accents. They both looked at me weirdly before mummy smiled, I kept my posture straight and sticked to the act. "I know you won't mind my intrusion for I mean no harm. I'm feeling rather bored with your other offsprings."

Daddy looked at me with a raised brow while mummy choked on her chips, moving to the bottle water to drink. "Are you okay, Edayna?"

"Ah!" I gasped loudly as if offended. "Mummy, how can dear Papa treat me so. What did I do to be called that horrible name, Edayna."

I said my name of if it was disgusting and mummy laughed or coughed for the better. "What do you want, Asheika?"

"Right. I'm bored. I've been up for quite some time doing my research and assignments provided by the institute. Unfortunately, my professors and chefs are ignoring my request since I've made it my duty to complete all given work before the deadline. Worst, I fear I'll be hospitalised for I'm high on caffeine. My siblings hates me, the staffs are acting unusually busy and I'm offering to help anyone, everyone. Tell me papa, what do I need?" I admitted in one go, feeling my heart racing a bit.

Instead of answering me, daddy went to their bathroom and returned holding a bottle of pills and remove a bottle water from their mini cooler. "Take two, sit and don't more."

Grinning, I took two sleeping pills and dropped them in the bottom of water watching them sink to the bottom. "Oh lord."

"I forgot you hate pills." He grumbled, pointing to the lounge chair they had in the corner of the room. "Sit there and don't move if you don't want to use the bathroom."

Nodding, I did just that. Shaking the bottle as the pills slowly desolve, I drank it all and rubbed my chest between my breasts before burping loudly. "Sorry."

The adults ignored me, daddy more than mummy. I felt her watching me a few times as I grew interested in the series movie she was watching. An hour and a half later, I was yawning with my eyes dimming. I felt sleepy as I got comfortable, curling myself in a ball before resting.

When I woke up, I almost screamed upon seeing the familiar faces staring down at me. Inside my bedroom was Tristan's Obasan and Annem, his grandmothers from Turkey and Japan. Smiling shyly at them, I looked around the room noticing the changes with blankets and pillows on the floor along with my cute stool that I kept in my closet was filled with smalls jars and brushes.

My Grandmothers was also here, daddy's mother and also mummy's. I could only bet to myself that this was my wedding ceremony, unexpected.

"Go on and freshen up dear. We've fixed you a bath." The Turkish woman instructed, wasting no time to remove the sheets from my body. Her eye widened upon seeing my chest and I gasped, remembering how sweet Tristan was to leave small hickeys on my chest, breast and neck. "Well, young love."

She shrugged it off, hushing me off to the bathroom and I did so quickly while freaking out. I didn't see this on any website on Turkish traditional wedding, maybe it was the Trent's way.
