Disbelief.
That's how I feel after leaving Aera. Pumasok ako sa mansion. I need to find their youngest. I need to apologize even though it's not my fault. I may not know what happened back then but I know what is the feeling of being traumatized. I also want to know something.
Nilibot ko ang paningin ko para magsimulang maghanap. The mansion was big at medyu maraming tao. Mayayaman. Magrande.
My attention caught at Laurence who was looking at me. Nagsimula akong maglakad sa kanya. He was staring at me until I was in front of me, watching and observing my every move. Sinalubong ko ang titig niya.
"Where's your brother?" He immediately frowns when I ask.
"Why? Something's wrong?"
"No, sagutin mo nalang." Kahit marami akong iniisip ay kailangan kong kausapin siya ngayun para sa kapatid niya. "Your younger brother, where is he?"
His name younger brother is named Kael Lance Hart.
Before, Laurence mentioned it to me about how his brother stubborn and cheerful he is.
Tinitigan niya ulit ako. He's eyes. They are slowly showing a hundred emotions that immediately go away in a second. He's hiding. I know cause I also do that. The moment I heard his sister's words, it hit me.
"He's somewhere near with my parents right now." He said almost whispering.
Tumango ako at aakmang aalis. And again, he held my wrist to stop me from leaving. Slowly, I felt that electricity in my body. Tinignan ko ang kamay niyang nakahawak sa akin. Mukhang namalayan niya iyun kayaa agad siyang bumitaw.
"Do you want to talk?" I arch my brows.
"About what?"
"About us."
Kumunot ang noo ko. I don't have time for us. Gusto kong sabihin iyun ngunit nakita kong para siyang nataranta. His emotions.
"If you're not ready then I'll-"
"I'm not." Natigilan siya sa sinabi ko. "Why are you like this Laurence? The first time we saw each other, you acted oppositely" My voice is hoarse.
"Right, I'm sorry." He softly said and distanced himself a little. Para bang isa akong baso na kapag lapitan niya ay mababasag agad. It's like he is careful. "I'm sorry. I promise I will keep my distance and wait for you to talk to me."
I shook my head. Binalewala ko ang sinabi niya at tumalikod.
After minutes of finding the youngest Hart, I saw him with his parents. Around 16 years old boy he silently watched his parents who greeted everyone. He was serious. He has the little version of Laurence. Snob yet cute. I stared at the child, there's something about him that I wanted to know.
