"Thank you for dropping me off, I sincerely hope you guys find Y/n soon." I smiled as I waved at Jake. "I'm sure many are also very worried for her safety too."

"Hopefully, have a nice day Mr. Terushima. Oh, and please, make sure you don't go missing too, in case I need to speak with you again." Officer Jake chuckled as he ran a hand through his straight hair, placing his black sunglasses on as he drove out of the school parking lot.

"I'd love to stay, but I think it'd be far too risky." I whispered to myself.

Approaching my classroom, I already knew both officers were already suspecting me as the main suspect for Y/n's case.

Waiting as time went by, class after class, after school finally approached. It felt like torture, having to wait as seconds took horus to pass.

I wanted to leave immediately, but knew it would make me look suspicious since I tend to stay behind on Thursdays.

Correcting some tests, I threw them into the graded pile.

I took off my glasses, placing them on my desk. Sighing, I rub my head to ease my growing worry.

If I make a run for it now, it'll show I'm behind all this.

But staying, I also risk the possibility of getting taken if I get framed.

On the other hand, if I stay still and don't, they'll just keep tabs on me until I make a mistake or accidentally lead them to where I'm hiding Y/n...

I had already made up my mind. My knuckles white as I gripped the steering wheel with too much force.

With my mind firm on the idea of escaping tonight, I drive down the dimly lit highways. Turning into the smaller neighborhood, I pulled up into the driveway of where Y/n and I were living in up until now.

Rushing out of the vehicle, I don't bother shutting the door, leaving the engine on. Unlocking the door and throwing it open with a loud bang, I head for the kitchen.

Shoving bottles of water and whatever drinks I saw, along with snacks, and food. I brought along some medication incase Y/n got sick again.

Placing extra cash into my pocket I head back outside and throw it into the back seat.

Only to head back inside, steps heavy as I jogged up the staircase. Unlocking the room Y/n was in, the door crashed against the wall, Y/n was curled up against the wall, eyes wide.

Poor thing, she must have thought I was a thief.

"We have to go." Was the only thing I replied with as I untied the chain around her neck and pushed her down the stairs outside into the passenger seat.

Her voice was panicked as she kept asking what was wrong, but I couldn't hear her as the only thing I could hear was the loud beating of my heart in my ears.
