"Sorry, Yongsun ssaem... Your graduation day just happened to fall on the same day as the final exam for the college entrance." Disappointment filled my heart instantly. I'm speechless yet I shouldn't be selfish since it's an important time for her as well. It seems my silence has been lingering for too long that she had to check on me, "Ssaem?... Are you okay? You're awfully quiet..."

"O-Oh... No, no. Don't be sorry. Your college exam is important, I wouldn't want you to miss that... Although I'd be lying if I said I wished you weren't here to witness my graduation. After all, you're part of the reason I've attained this achievement."

"I understand, babe. Trust me, I'd be more than delighted to cheer you on... Well, on the bright side, Elijah eonni will graduate on the same day too! I'll ask her to take pictures & videos of the graduation... And oh! Tap on the bracelet before you receive your certificate, will you? That way I'd know you're receiving it."

"Yea... That would work..." I replied weakly, tapping on the bracelet.

"Alright now, I've got to study. Can't waste all your tuition time down the drain now, can we?"

"Mmm... Talk soon, Byul-ah." We hung up and I watched my bracelet blinking in respond, still no vibrations because we're miles apart. Ever since the day we parted with these matching bracelets, Byulyi has kept her promise for not being overbearing and controlling.

Whenever we have the time, we'd chat with each other and talk on the phone until either one of us had fallen asleep. These went on for several months until it's finally time for my graduation in a week's time at the end of May, also nearing the end of Spring.

3 Days before the graduation, Elijah, Amber, Krystal and I went for shopping to wear for our graduation. As we returned from the mall back to the campus, I saw a white food truck with no signage parked in the middle of the school yard. It reminded me of Tteok Tokki, so I approached as curiosity got the best of me.

However, there seems to be no driver or anyone inside. Elijah pats me on the back, "Why? Did you think Byulyi would magically appear here like last time taking a jet plane and set up a food truck here to celebrate your graduation?"

"How did you read my mind..." I gasped.

"It's written all over your face, silly!" Krystal lightly nudged me with her elbow.

"Come on, Yongsun. Girl's having a critical time. It's college we're talking about, it concerns her future." Amber voiced out a valid point.

"I know... My heart can't help but have desires y'know..." I pouted.

(Graduation Day)

On the day of my graduation, I put on light make up, dressed up in the graduation robe with the help of Krystal. As we were walking towards the theatre hall where the event is held, I saw the window to the food truck seemingly open for business. There were a number of students walked past us with a disposable cup and a wooden stick in it. I took a glimpse and noticed a bunny shaped tteokbokki in one of their cups.

My mind couldn't help but wondered if Byulyi is really here today. However, after a week worth of talking sense into me, I've accepted the fact that there's just no way she's here today. In fact, she even sent me the date of her exam so I'm certain that's not happening.

Regardless, I still took a chance and approached the food truck because if there's someone plagiarising my fiancé's recipe, I'll take it to the court. With a few steps away from the truck, Amber and Krystal pulled me away, "Hey... We really have to go now, we're late."
