The next morning you turned around patting the spot next to you expecting to feel Diego. But to your surprise it was empty. You opened your eyes and sat up to see that Diego was gone. He had already left on the trip. You groaned laying back down. You reached for your phone, when the door swung open and Karla walked in.
Karla: finally you're awake!
You: hi baby!
She climbed onto the bed and laid in the empty spot.
Karla: we've been up since forever!
You: really?
Karla: yeah! And we're kinda hungry.
You: oh! Let's go make breakfast then. Come on!!
She got up waiting for you, but you remembered that you were completely naked.
You: Uhh go ahead. I'll meet you there in a bit.
She walked away and you reached for your under clothes but they were dirty from last night. You grabbed the covers and covered yourself up. As you sat up your lower back was very sore. You stood up having trouble maintaining yourself on 2 feet. Your legs felt very weak
You: fuck
You slipped into some clean clothes and walked into the bathroom to grab your hair in a bun. You saw the dark purple hickeys all over your neck and lower chest.
You: oh my-
You couldn't believe your eyes. Diego wasn't kidding about the whole marking thing. You covered them up with makeup hoping the kids wouldn't notice too much. You walked downstairs and made them breakfast. You guys spent the entire day at home. All day you were walking weird with your legs separated , because when they rubbed together it would hurt. That night you put the kids to sleep and laid in bed watching tv with Nilla. You saw as Memo, Diego, Alexis, Edson, Kevin and chucky got awards. So did Joao. You rolled your eyes at the sight of Joao but couldn't help smile seeing how happy he looked. And, how good he looked in his suit. Each player gave a small speech towards receiving their award.
Joao: and lastly I would like to thank a special someone who probably isn't watching this right now. But I appreciate her so so much, and I hope she knows that I love her very much.
You scoffed. And turned off the tv going to sleep.
~Next Day~
You got the kids ready because the team was coming back. You fixed the house and got ready making sure to cover the hickeys extra well. You were still VERY sore but managed to walk more normally. You fed Nilla and walked downstairs. Right as you walked downstairs the door flung open with the guys walking in. You immediately spotted Diego, and he smirked.
Memo: DONDE ESTÁN MIS NIŃOS HERMOSOS?
They ran downstairs hugging memo. Memo kissed them all.
Memo: so y/n? How were they?
You: AMAZING! I would love to babysit them wayyyy more often.
Memo: might just take you up on that.
You hugged your dad and chucky.
You: felicidades brother. I saw you guys on tv last night. You deserve that award.
Chucky: gracias sis.
Dad: y como te fue? You didn't get bored?
You: nope. The kids really had me entertained.
Karla: siii! Y tío diego se quedó con nosotros.
Your dads eyes shifted towards you with a worried look. You got nervous and he could tell.
Memo: nos pues muchísimas gracias por cuidarlos y/n.
You: yeah anytime memo! Let me know if you ever need babysitting and I'll be there.
Guille: Can y/n come home with ussss?
You laughed.
Memo: no. Y/n se tiene que quedar en su casa.
Luciana: and remember she's leaving in a week. So she can't.
You frowned and nodded.
Karla: noooooo. Te voy a extrańar.
They all hugged you and you laughed.
You: hey hey, esta bien okay? I'll come visit more often. I'm not going away forever.
They all smiled and hugged you goodbye leaving with memo. The team went to go unpack and shower.
Dad: asi que Diego se quedó aquí?
You: mhm.
Dad: did he cause problems?
You: no, actually. He stayed in his room for the most part. It was as if he wasn't even here.
Dad: Que bueno.
You sighed in relief.
Your dad ordered takeout and set it at the table for the team. They all sat around the large dining table when they were done and you went to get plates and cups.
Nelson: oye y/n estas bien?
You: Ehh yes why?
Nelson: pues andas caminando muy rara.
Everyone's eyes shifted towards you including Diego's.
You: Uhh rara? Como rara?
You smiled cheekily to avoid them seeing you nervous.
Dad: aver? Caminale.
You: no porque?
Dad: caminanle y/n.
You walked trying your best to walk normal.
Dad: she seems fine to me.
Edson: no, como que chequea.
You: no. No creo. Alomejor..
Diego: dormio en posición equivocada.
He chuckled.
You: NO. No fue eso. Me..pegue jugando con los nińos.
Dad: ahh, pues ten cuidado. Sientate a comer.
The only empty seat was next to Diego. You sighed and sat next to him while he observed you walking. You sat down and he immediately placed his hand on your thigh. You felt yourself getting red. Everyone served themselves and you continued eating ignoring Diego's hand to avoid bribing attention. His thumb caressed the inside of your thigh.
Dad: mija? Estás segura que estás bien? Andas muy roja.
You: si
Alexis: porque mejor no descansas?
Dad: si mija. Te miras mal.
Diego squeezed your thigh signaling you to stay.
You: si, la mera verdad no me siento bien. Voy a estar en mi cuarto. Excuse me.
You stood up fast and walked to your room. You closed the door panicking.
You: shit. Shit. Shit. I think they know.
You walked up the stairs and down to your room when you got a phone call. You looked at it and it was Joao.
You: I can't deal with you right now.
You went to the mirror and looked at yourself seeing the makeup was coming off a bit. You reapplied it and let your hair down so it wouldn't noticeable. You heard footsteps coming up the stairs and you peeked out your door hoping it was Diego. To your luck it was. He entered his room but before he could close the door you walked inside.
Diego: what the-
You: fuck is wrong with you.
Diego: huh?
You: you literally almost got us caught.
Diego: keyword, ALMOST.
You: no Diego. Do you realize how bad it would've been if they found out?
Diego: so what if they find out? Let them.
You: diegooooooo. Stop. I'm being for real.
Diego: so am I?
You: if you want this to work you have to be discrete.
Diego: you want to continue this?
You: I don't know. Maybe.
Diego: maybe?
You: I don't know.
Diego: you want to be sneakylinks?
You: mmm not exactly. I was thinking more like friends with benefits.
Diego smirked.
Diego: I'm in.
