You immediately got off of Joao and sat next to him. Joao smoothed his shirt out and cleared his throat.
Graciella: zorra
You: zorra tu estupida. Que te quieres meter con Diego y con mi novio. Quieres cojerte a todos.
Diego: ay ay ay. Chill y/n, it's not that deep
Joao: don't talk to her like that. You're going to respect her. You got it?
Diego turned around to face Joao furrowing his brows.
Diego: y tu que wey?
Joao: Não tem vergonha?
(No tienes vergüenza?)
Diego: vergüenza de que?
Joao: you cheated on y/n with her OWN family and you're still out here fucking her cousin? Really?  You got no shame?
Diego: YOU TOLD HIM??
You: yes
Diego shook his head
Diego: it's nothing that involves you Joao. Go kick a ball or something.
Joao stood up grabbing Diego by the collar of his shirt. He was a few inches taller than Diego.
Joao: it involves me now. Grow some balls and grow the fuck up. Stop acting like a child. Choose a woman and stick with her. Stop treating them like objects.
Diego chuckled
Diego: and what if I told you I want your woman
Joao glared at him
Joao: out of the question. You've clearly already chosen who you're sticking with
He scrunched his nose at Graciella. Diego took Joao's hands off of his shirt.
Joao: you're gonna leave y/n alone and stop bothering her with your bullshit. Is that clear?
Diego: crystal
He walked out of the room with graciella behind him.
Joao: he's unbelievable
You: I know. He's always been like that.
Joao: come on, let's go enjoy the party
You both walked out of the room and went back to partying

Later That Night
Everyone was saying their goodbyes and thank you's getting ready to go home.
Dad: you leaving too Joao?
Joao: yeah, I got a small apartment that I use when I'm out here in Mexico. Not too far from here.
Dad: you can stay here if you'd like. It's pretty late and I don't want you driving this late.
Joao: it's fine really.
Dad: bueno pues. Come tomorrow, we're gonna have another little after party.
Joao: I'll be here, no doubt.
Your dad gave him a side hug before escorting him to the door.
Joao: okay, well I'll see you tomorrow hermosa
He hugged you giving you a kiss
You: do you have to gooooo? I haven't seen you in forever Joao.
Joao: I have to continue my practices in the mornings and meet with one of my new managers who's in town.
You: so? Stay here for tonight.
Joao: I don't want to incomodate.
You: you won't. Pleaseee. You can sleep with me.
Joao: why don't you come stay over with me?
You: hmm I didn't think about that
Joao: let's go? You can come with me to run my arons.
You: as long as I'm with you. I'm down.
Joao: then it's settled
You: there's a tiny problem though
Joao: which is?
You: I gotta let my dad know and he might not approve
Joao: oh. Umm I'm sure he will
You: I don't knowww
You both walked back outside to find your dad. He was helping fold some tables
You: apa!
He put the table down turning around
Dad: Que paso mija?
You: mmmm so I kind of want to ask you something, and I'm hoping you'll say yes
Dad: go on
You: can I stay over at Joao's?
Dad: no
You: WHAT. WHY?
Dad: no no no god knows what you 2 will be doing
You: sleeping, of course
You hit Joao with your elbow for him to back you up
Joao: yeah sir. Take my word. We won't do anything either than sleep
Dad: no I don't know
You: pleaseeee? I'm not a little kid anymore. Why can't I sleep over with him? I came to ask you just so you could be aware. But I didn't think you would say no.
Dad: you sure I can trust you guys?
You put your hand up
You: yes
Joao: of course
Dad: fine. Just for tonight.
You jumped up giving him a hug
You: THANK YOU
Dad: take care of her Joao
Joao: I will sir, without doubt
Chucky over heard the conversation and chimed in
Chucky: if you guys end up fucking make sure to use a condom! We don't want another addition to the family this fast!
Dad: UH UH. NO FUCKING.
You both laughed shaking your head at him
Joao: okay, so you need to pack for tonight right?
You nodded
Joao: while you pack I'll go turn on the car and everything
You: alright
You both split up going different ways. You walked up to your room and packed just a few things for the night that you would need. You put them all inside a small backpack and hung it over your back. You were turning off the lights in your room when there was a knock on the door.
You: cominggggg.
You left one single light on and opened the door. Diego barged inside locking the door behind him.
You: what the fuck are you doing here? Get out Diego.
Diego: I need you. Like NOW!
He grabbed your face roughly connecting his lips with yours. You tried getting out of his grip but couldn't. He gripped onto your waist tightly to the point it was hurting. He pinned you against the wall going down on you. He smelled like pure alcohol. You managed to push him off causing him to tumble over his own feet and fall on your bed.
You: QUE TE PASA? TE VOLVISTE LOCO O QUE DIEGO?
Diego sat up smirking and patting his legs
Diego: vennnnn siéntate
You: you're drunk right?
Diego shook his head aggressively denying it
You: como que no. Mírate.
Diego: shhhh.
You: no a mi no me callas di-
He grabbed your wrists and pulled you on top of him
You: QUE ME SUELTES
Diego: hazme el amor y/n
You: queeee?
You got off of him
Diego: what's wrongggg?
He kept slurring his words
You: do you even hear yourself?
Diego spotted your backpack on you
Diego: where are you going?
You: Joao's
Diego rolled his eyes
Diego: fuck that dickhead. Sleep here with me instead. I'll treat you better
He stood up walking towards you
You: Go look for Graciella. I bet she's missing you like crazy right now.
Diego shook his head
Diego: te quiero a ti no a ella
You chuckled
You: te faltan tornillos en la cabeza
You opened the door walking out leaving him alone. Diego grabbed his face falling back down on your bed. You quickly walked out and hopped in the car with Joao.
Joao: everything okay?
You: yeah why wouldn't it be?
Joao: you took a bit longer than I expected. Did you pack a lot?
You: uhhh sorta.
Joao: hmm.
He pulled out of the driveway and drove towards his place.
