[88] Mom?

At Joao's Place
You: this place is real nice. How long have you had it for?
Joao: ummm I think I got it like 7 months ago? Or 8. I don't remember but somewhere along those lines.
You: ohhh. Does someone take care of it while it's unoccupied?
Joao: no, I just have someone come clean it twice every week.
You: I see
You both hopped off the car walking inside. You admired the place.
You: hold on. It's even better on the inside.
Joao chuckled. Suddenly you heard something running down the stairs.
Joao: oh. Look who has come to say hi
You were met with a small brown weiner dog who started nibbling at your shoe
Joao: this is Floki, he's a shoe bitter. So don't leave your shoes lying around
You laughed as you kneeled down to pet him
You: hi baby!
Joao: come on. He'll follow
Joao showed you all around his apartment
Joao: it's not as good looking as your apartment in France. Now that's truly amazing. How come you don't have any residence here?
You: I've actually never thought of getting a place of my own here. I've always came to visit and stayed at my dads.
Joao: is it weird living with all guys?
You: eh sorta. You gotta get used to the mess. But besides that not really. I'm in my own little world.
You and Joao sat in the living room as he served wine in 2 glasses.
Joao: so family wise it's only you, chucky and your dad?
You: Mhm
Joao: what about your mom?
You: oh.
You bit the inside of your cheek
Joao: umm is it a complicated topic?
You shrugged
Joao: don't feel pressured. If you can't tell me or don't want too, I completely understand
You: no it's not that. But it's kind of..I don't know embarrassing
Joao: embarrassing? Why?
You: well here's the deal. I didn't have a mother figure growing up. Back in school all the other kids had their moms present in their lives and I didn't. And it's embarrassing up to now not being able to have someone who I can call a mother. But I'm not complaining. My dad has done everything to keep me and Chucky happy. I owe so much to him.
Joao: wait, so your parents divorced? Orrr?
You: No. My mom left 4 years after I was born. She was off to pursue some rich life without having to worry about kids. So one day she said she was going out and left me and chucky with my dad but she never came back. My dad found a letter where she was apologizing for leaving us.
Joao: oh. I had no idea it was that bad. I just thought that perhaps your parents were divorced
You: nope. If only that were the case
Joao: but there's no need for you to be embarrassed. It's not your fault.
You: I know but it's just unfair how all my friends growing up got to have love from their mothers. While I didn't. Imagine how awkward things were when they talked about their moms and I couldn't. But I learned to adapt as I became older. And honestly now I'm perfectly fine without a mom.
Joao: do you know where your mom is? Or anything about her?
You: last time I heard about her was back in high school. So like a good 6 years ago. She was apparently designing for some brand or something. I don't know.
Joao: I never would've imagined that being the case
You: And she's never once checked up on us or anything. So pretty much she's dead to me.
Joao: I understand
You: Mhmmm
Joao: it's okay. Don't let that ruin your life. She's missing out on being part of your life
You: I don't let it. It's in the past and I don't even remember anything about her
Joao: good.
You started feeling emotional and your eyes started filling up with tears. He grabbed your face with both his hands and kissed your forehead
Joao: hey hey. Don't cry. It's not worth it
He embraced you in a hug
Joao: I don't ever wanna see you cry over a shitty person who didn't give a fuck about you. Because you're worth so much more than that
He lifted your chin giving you a small kiss and wiping your tears with his thumbs.
You: oh god. My makeup is smeared, isn't it
Joao chuckled
Joao: yeah it is
He showed you his thumbs that were smeared in black because of your mascara
You: I'm gonna go get cleaned up
Joao: okay
You got up and walked upstairs going to his room and changed into the other clothes you brought. You also washed your face, removing all your makeup. Afterwards you walked back downstairs. Joao was sitting on the couch looking for a movie.
Joao: you wanna have a movie night?
You nodded
Joao: which one should we watch?
You: doesn't matter
Joao: okayyyy. Well I'm gonna play this one.
He clicked on The Martian and got up to make popcorn as you sat on the couch. You were on your phone and saw that Diego had sent you several messages. You ignored them and put your phone away. Joao returned with popcorn in one hand and a blanket in the other. He sat next to you handing you the popcorn and scooting close to you. He wrapped his arm around you as you laid your head on his shoulder. You both shared the popcorn and focused on the movie. It was interesting at first but then got a bit boring. You saw that Joao's chains were tangled up so you sat up and fixed them for him. He was so focused on the movie that he didn't notice you staring at him. He looked so perfect with the light of the tv reflecting on his eyes, and his nose perfectly shaped along with his lips. You admired him. You grabbed his face and turned him so he faced you.
Joao: hm?
You didn't say anything.
Joao: you okay? What's wrong?
You: nothing
Joao: then?
Before he could say anything else you connected your lips with his. You hopped onto his lap and he gripped onto your lower hips. You kept moving around and felt him growing underneath you.
Joao: what are you doing to me y/n?
He said in between kisses which made you chuckle
Joao: do you want to maybe-
You: yes
He stood up carrying you as you wrapped your feet around his waist. He carried you all the way to his room.
*Both of you had sex*
You both fell onto the bed exhausted. Joao brought you close to him and kissed your forehead.
Joao: listen very closely to what I'm about to tell you
He lifted your chin so you would face him
Joao: always remember that I love you. And not for your body, but for you. Don't ever think that I'm using you for sex.
He pointed to your chest
Joao: I love you for that amazing heart you have inside. It's worth everything I have.
You smiled and gave him a kiss
You: I know you would never do something like what Diego did to me
Joao: come here
He gave you a tight hug as he pulled the covers over you.
Joao: sweet dreams my love
You both snuggled up together and fell asleep

~Next Morning~
You woke up to scratching on the door. You groaned wiping your eyes. Floki was at the door trying to get in.
Joao: I got it. You go back to sleep.
You did as he said and fell right back to sleep. A couple minutes later you woke up and saw that Joao had made breakfast. He had plated it nicely on a small table he had in the room.
Joao: TA DAAA!
You smiled
You: this looks so cute
You reached over giving him a hug
Joao: how'd you sleep?
You: great!!
Joao: I'm glad.
You both ate and then got ready for the day. Your legs were sore but you could still walk. Unlike when you had sex with Diego. Diego was rough when it came down to having sex whereas Joao was gentle with you to avoid hurting you. You and Joao ran all his arons and then finally headed towards your house. You walked inside and heard noise coming from the backyard.
You; go ahead, I'm gonna go put my stuff away in my room
Joao: okay
He walked towards the backyard as you walked upstairs to your room to put away all the things you had brought with you over to Joao's. Once you were done you walked back downstairs where you were met with Graciella. You groaned at the sight of her standing in front of you.
Graciella: how was the night with your little boyfriend?
You: amazing.
Graciella: mine was too you know.
You: hm. Good for you.
Graciella: Diego and I had a blast in his room, if you know what I mean by that
She winked
You: really? Seems like weren't the only one who had fun last night
Graciella: and by that you mean what exactly?
You: oh you knowwww
Graciella: you got fucked by Felix?
You nodded and just in that moment Diego approached you both
Diego: you got fucked by WHO?

I just joined soccer like a month ago :) and they were mostly practices at first so I had time, but now it's games and I hardly have time to write anythingggg. ALSO SORRY FOR THOSE WHO LIKE JOAO.
