You: we're settled then. But we gotta set ground rules.
Diego groaned.
Diego: nothings fun with rules y/n.
You: if you want to be friends with benefits you're gonna have to follow them.
Diego: ugh aver.
You: first things first. Don't make it obvious. Okay? We don't need anyone knowing or suspecting.
Diego: alright fair enough.
You: and I think not falling is the most important one.
Diego: not falling?
You: yes. Don't fall for eachother. We aren't together so don't act like it. We will never be together again. It's just a one time thing while I'm still in town. After I leave it's over and we never speak of it. Got it?
Diego: Mhm.
Then he pulled you by your waist leaving wet kisses on your neck.
Diego: god I missed you.
You: it's been a day.
Diego: so?
He pulled you onto his lap.
Diego: are you legs still sore?
You glared at him.
You: are you really asking me that.
He laughed.
You: fuck you.
Diego: may I remind you that you were the one who asked me to fuck you until you couldn't walk.
You rolled your eyes.
You: I didn't mean literally.
Diego: why are you covering my markings?
He pushed your hair aside.
You: because I was NOT going to walk around in front of everyone with purple bruises.
Diego: they turned purple?
You: YES!
He smirked.
Diego: It's gonna be hard for you to hide that from Joao.
You: I would say the same for Karla no?
Diego shook his head.
Diego: la Mande a volar.
You: really?
Diego: Mhm.
He pat your legs motioning you to get up off of him.
You: why?
Diego: she served me no purpose.
You: what do you mean?
Diego: doesn't matter. But I'm gonna hop in the shower. Care to join?
He smirked and you rolled your eyes.
You: I know where you're headed. But no, not today. I'm too sore.
Diego: I'll go slow?
You laughed.
You: no.
He groaned as he walked to the bathroom.
You: OH WAIT!
He turned around.
You: did you get the pill?
Diego: shit. No.
You: diego, I need it asap.
Diego: I'll get it tomorrow yeah?
You: okay.
He kissed you before he walked into the bathroom. And you walked out. Just as you were walking out of his room you bumped into Kevin. You froze.
Kevin: y/n?
You: Kevin! Hey! Uh umm how are you?
Kevin: great, why?
You: just checking up on you.
Kevin: what were you doing in there?
You: ummm just congratulating Diego.
Kevin: ahh I see. Joao is downstairs by the way.
You: Joao?
Kevin: Mhm. He said he wants to speak to you.
You: tell him to leave. I really don't feel like talking to h-
Joao: y/n.
Kevin: a la verga. Yo le dije que esperara abajo, lo saco?
You: no It's fine.
Kevin walked away and you walked towards Joao.
You: Joao. What do I owe your visit to?
Joao: can I talk to you?
You: about?
You signaled him to go to your room and you closed the door.
Joao: first of all how have you been?
You: great.
Joao: great? In what way?
You: just great in general. You?
Joao: I'd say the opposite of that.
You: hmm.
Joao: are you and me good?
You: I wouldn't say good.
Joao: I know you're upset. What did I do? I don't see what I did that upset you so much.
You: it's nothing really.
Joso: y/n.
You: maybe it's the fact that you don't tell me shit.
Joao: is this about me going to the awards?
You: yes!
Joao: look I'm sorry. I just never thought that you would be interested in knowing.
You: why?
Joao: you don't seem like the type to care.
You: WHAT.
Joao: y/n it seems like you only care about yourself but not me.
You: I do care about you.
Joao: no, you don't. You never ask how my days going or about my games. I'm always the one asking you about your things. You don't come visit me, you don't come to my shoots. Nothing. So why would I even bother inviting you as my plus one to my awards?
You: okay that is NOT fair. I have many things to do, I'm not always free.
Joao: neither am I, but I always make time for you. Even if I'm late, I'm there. Am I not?
You stayed quiet.
Joao: see what I mean?
You: okay? Even if you would've invited me I wouldn't have gone. I was babysitting.
Joao: I understand that. But it's different when it's something like that versus you not wanting to come in general. I mean what are you even doing on the days you aren't "free"? What's keeping you busy?
You: I'm just busy
Joao: busy doing what? Staying home? You don't do shit in MX. You don't have a job here or anything keeping you busy. That's in France. If we were France I would get it, because you have a career to pursue. But here? You're just on vacation.
You: okay that's ENOUGH. Have you not thought about the fact that you haven't invited me? How am I going to show up if I'm not invited.
Joao: as my special someone it's not required for me to invite you because you're always welcome. And you're kinda supposed to attend. I mean that's what couples who support eachother do.
You: we're not a couple though.
Joao: but we're also not just friends.
You rolled your eyes.
You; so what?
Joao: what do you mean so what? This isn't on me. It's on you. I think you need to have some time by yourself and think if your ready to give up your time for someone else and make sacrifices. Because right now you clearly aren't. When you're settled come find me. And then we can talk and see what happens.
You: I'm leaving to France this weekend.
Joao: and I'm leaving to Spain.
You: are we not going to Spain together anymore?
Joao: I don't want to go if you're gonna be acting like this.
You: ACTING LIKE WHAT? ITS YOU WHO DOESNT UNDERSTAND.
Joao shook his head and placed a hand on your shoulder.
Joso: y/n. I'm not the problem here. I've done nothing but care for you and demonstrate my love for you. You on the other hand haven't.
He stood up and walked out your room.
