EPILOGUE

Another story has come to an end. I'm not ready to let go this story, the reason why it took me awhile before finally posting the ending. I appreciate the love and support you have shown this story. Thank you so much for patiently waiting. I hope you also find time reading my other stories.

To be given another chance to live and be with the people I love is something I will be grateful until my last breathe. Hindi lahat ng tao ay nabibigyan ng pangalawang pagkakataong makasama ulit ang mga mahal sa buhay. And I was one of those people who's lucky enough to be given another chance to be with my family.

It was a roller coaster ride for all of us. Maraming nangyare but we managed to be with the person we chose to be with. My Mom who still chose my Dad after everything that happened. She was kind to give him multiple chance before he changed for the better.

Si Kuya Allen na nahanap ang pag-ibig sa hindi inaasahang pagkakataon. Who would have thought that there's a true love in the middle of mourning? Rohesia gave birth to a healthy baby girl. I was one of the happiest witnessing how they're building their own family.

Harrison flew to Canada to pursue his engineering career.

Helius and Lalela chose to take their separate ways. She's still married to Alfio and trying to work on their marriage. I don't know what went wrong between her and Helius but it's not my story to tell. They must have a deeper reason why they wasn't able to choose each other. I'm up for their happiness. Kung saan sila maligaya, doon ako. I genuinely want Helius to find the love that he deserves. He's one of the best. He deserves the love. I hope he finds love while helping Tage to find Ynessa.

If Lalela is another version of my Mom, I just hope that she won't tolerate physical or any kind of abuse. She's too fragile to be hurt.

Ingrid is in a mental institution. Hindi siya maayos na nakakausap but she's getting the medical care that she needs. She's still my best friend. I want her well.

Nana Linda and Tata Berting are still in the province. Napailawan na ang lugar na talagang ikinatuwa ng lahat. It became a project na pinangunahan mismo ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas.

"Hi, Baba." his arms are gently wrapped on my waist. Nakabaon sa leeg ko ang mukha niya, giving me light kisses there.

"I'm cooking." sabi ko habang pinapahinaan ang apoy. I couldn't afford to burn another dish this time. He hummed and continue kissing my neck. Kakagising niya lang. It's past lunch time at pareho na kaming nalipasan ng gutom. Wala kaming kasama sa bahay dahil pinapauwi niya ang mga 'yon kapag umuuwi kami sa bahay niya. We're just in Lucena for Friday night to Monday morning. Tanging ang mga Guwardiya lamang sa labas ang kasama namin sa bahay.

"What are you cooking?" silip niya sa niluluto ko. "Adobo." he said amused. I proudly nodded. "I think we're lacking some soy sauces." komento niya. Ngumuso ako at inabot ang toyo.

Naglagay ako ng kaunti.

"More, baby." muli akong nagdagdag ng toyo.

"Kuya!" sa gulat ko ay nabuhos lahat ng toyo na hawak ko. Alas chuckled.

"It's okay. We'll just cook another one." pagpapalubag niya sa loob ko. I spent hour to cook this dish only to ruin it again. Sinamaan ko ng tingin ang kapapasok palang na si Luanna. She's with Lucid.

"What did I do this time? Bakit ang sama ng tingin mo sakin Aldreda? It's obvious this time, Kuya, girlfriend mo ang nang-aamok." parang batang sumbong niya kay Alas habang humahalik sa pisngi ng kapatid. Umirap ako. I can almost perfect the adobo!

Busangot ako habang humahalik sa pisngi ko si Luanna.

"Wala akong ginagawa sayo, Eda." hindi pa rin tumitigil na sabi niya.
