New Year's Eve. Siargao.
Yes, the trip that I won during our Christmas party, I decided to use it now kaya kami nandito ngayon. Sakto kasi na may mga available flights so I grabbed the opportunity to go.
After all what happened to me, I needed to get away para makapag isip isip. So after ng Christmas ay niyaya ko na ang family ko.
Since apat lang naman kami, I invited my best friend siempre. Buti na lang available si Kyla. Tuwang tuwa ang bruha, kasi nga free lahat. Damit lang ang dadalhin niya ay makakapag holiday vacation na siya.
We've been here since yesterday. Nakapag island hopping na kami at nag ikot ikot using motorbikes, a very practical transportation pag nandito ka.
We already had a swim of course and we tried surfing kahit laging natutumba. Nagpunta din kami sa Guyam island.
At dito na nga namin sasalubongin ang 2023.
This bar where we are, El Lobo, is really a fun place to get a drink and dance. Aside from the sumptuous food and cool drinks, they have great music as well. Some acoustic artists are playing live, quality musicians I must say. They also have a DJ if you wanna get your groove on.
However, you might get a permanent hearing damage as this place is very loud haha.
Place is packed, we can't hardly hear each other but we don't care. Me and Kyla are on the dance floor with drinks in our hand.
Sila Tatay at Nanay naiwan sa hotel dahil ayaw nila ng maingay. Basta matanda na yata, gusto na lang tahimik. Mafe is somewhere, may nakilala kasi kaming mga taga Manila so our group somewhat joined together.
"Are you okay Best?" tanong ni Kyla when we decided to sit down.
"Yeah, I am okay Best. How about you?" tanong ko din.
I know I've been neglecting her for the past few days. Puro na lang kasi ako ang nagrarant sa kanya about my problem.
"Eto ganda pa din naman. Wag mo akong alalahanin Best at same pa din ako. Ikaw ang inaalala ko." sagot niya.
"Ako? I'm enjoying my time here Best, kasi kasama kita at ang pamilya ko. I couldn't ask for more." I replied.
"Talaga? Walang kulang?" usisa niya.
Natawa ako. I know what she meant.
"Kayo lang Best, sapat na." I said.
"Luh, labas sa ilong Best." hirit niya.
Alam kasi niya ang nangyari sa amin ni Ella. Lahat sinabi ko sa kanya, wala akong inilihim.
Dumaan ang Pasko na hindi kami nakapag usap ni Ella. Sayang. She really wanted us to have a talk before but because of my stupidity, I lost the chance.
If only I could go back to that night, I would have acted differently. Kaso tapos na, the damage has been done.
I slapped Ella.

Oo, pero dahilan ko lang ito para mapagtakpan ang insultong naramdaman ko when she tried to compare herself to Daniel.
She is kissing me then out of nowhere she'll ask if Daniel can do it better. She also insinuated that I was cheating, hahaha, fuck. Ang baba naman ng tingin niya sa akin.
Her words really hurts me. Para na rin niya akong sinampal nun.
Sinabi mo rin walang "kayo".
Totoo naman na walang kami. We just kissed and that's it. I think trip lang nun halikan ako. Baka nga may kapustahan siya.
