"What are you two doing?" someone behind us asked.

Lumingon ako at nakita ko si Ate Joyce. Opps, nandito na pala siya. Ganun na ba ako ka-occupied not to notice my sister? How long has she been watching us?

Kumalas tuloy bigla sa pagkakayakap at lumayo ang babae sa akin. She composed herself and tried to explain what is happening.

I missed her warmth instantly.

Wait, what? Kadarating ko lang eh kung ano ano na ang nararamdaman ko. It must be the jet lag. Pagod tapos kulang sa tulog kaya siguro ganito ako.

I closed my eyes momentarily and looked at my sister who have this stupid simple plastered on her face. I'm sure she got a lot of questions.

"Ma'am Joyce, buti na lang at dumating po kayo." the woman said.

"Anong nangyayari Jessica?" Ate asked.

Ohh, so her name is Jessica.

"She wants to get inside and disturb the meeting of boss DJ. I have no idea who she is and she doesn't have an appointment with sir." sumbong nito.

"I see. Can you handle her? Do you want me to call the security?" Ate asked.

Hahaha. Sumakay si ate sa trip ko.

"Thank you but no need ma'am. I can do my job." Jessica replied.

Huh, really? Palaban. I like it. Pero baka lang lumakas ang loob niya dahil nakahanap ng kakampi?

Ate is eyeing me secretly, like she's wondering why I haven't introduced myself to Jessica.

"Haha, as if she can stop me and the security." I said and walked to Dad's room.

"Nooooo, stop!" Jessica said.

Humarang na naman siya sa akin. This time, masama na ang tingin niya sa akin.

Anak ng, hindi niya talaga ako kilala?

Not yet, kahit na irita ako sa secretary ni Dad, I am currently enjoying and loving her ignorance.

Malikot ang mga mata niya, trying to figure out how to deal with me. I smirked but didn't anticipate her next move. Dahil siguro wala na siyang magagawa pa, niyakap niya uli ako. Hindi ako nagpatalo, niyakap ko rin siya. Imbes na bitawan niya ako, she lifted me and walked away from Dad's office.
