If you're wondering why I went into hiatus, it's mostly because I have no idea what to write. But now I'm back and I'm gonna slow the production down a bit. There could be multiple chapters uploaded within 2 days, but after that, it'll only be once a week. This will also be after vol 12 and before volume 13. _______________________________________________________ (In a village on the outskirts of the continent)
No pov:
We see two figures with a tattered black robe flying above a little village. The village was known for its food and the {Fertility goddess}.
In an inn on the outskirts, we see a group of people sleeping inside the same room. One of these people was Hajime Nagumo, who woke up and saw a letter at on the nightstand. He picked up the letter and started reading
'HelloNagumo. Before you go off on a mental rant. My identity is no secret and you can see my name at the bottom of the paper. This letter's purpose is to bring you to the restaurant you were at when you met your teacher for the first time after the fall.
Greetings Rimuru, Shiraori.'
When Nagumo saw the names at the bottom of the page, his eyes widened in disbelief, after all, nobody was able to even find a trace of them. Diablo was also in a strange state ever since he got to the other world. Nagumo took a look around the room before strengthening his resolve and opening the window. He jumped from roof to roof until he arrived at the mentioned meeting place.
When he walked through the door, he saw several candles burning with two hooded figures sitting down at a table in the corner of the room. The restaurant itself was empty since it was midnight, but they were just sitting down there and eating what could be assumed as dinner.
Hajime walked up to them and asked "You two are Rimuru and Shiraori, right?" One of the two hooded figures looked up and revealed piercing golden eyes.

Hajime was a little taken aback by the aura coming from Rimuru, but quickly steadied himself. Rimuru spoke up "Yes, we are Rimuru and Shiraori. It seems you managed to receive our letter Hajime." Hajime nodded his head before taking a chair and sitting down at the table with them.
After they Rimuru and Shiraori finished eating, Shiraori picked up the dishes and went to the kitchen where she simply teleported them towards their house before taking drinks and heading back to the table.
Hajime was the first to speak and asked "Where were you all this time, we could've used your help?" Shiraori poured herself a glass of wine and handed the bottle to Rimuru who also poured herself a glass of wine. Rimuru slowly chugged down the entire glass before saying "We've had.our own share of troubles and Ehit is annoying bastard to find. So now we're here to ask for assistance." Hajime looked skeptical before asking "Are.you sure you can take down Ehit?" Rimuru filled her glass again and said "Yeah, 100%. The problem is his state. He's a soul and my senses aren't picking up his magic signal. Everytime I find a trace, the last one disappears. So we need you to be bait." Rimuru answered bluntly, to which Hajime flared up with anger and said "So first you disappear for and entire year and now you want us to be bait for the enemy?" "Yes, wasn't that clear?" Rimuru replied unbothered by the situation. Hajime took out his gun and aimed it at Rimuru. "A gun isn't gonna work, even if it's a magic one." Rimuru said. Hajime heard it and aimed his gun towards Shiraori before losing his left arm. Hajime was shocked that they could get rid of his arm without him even noticing, but quickly took out another arm and attached it to his body. Seeing that his body was partly artificial, it was nothing too hurtful.
When both sides calmed down a little they continued "You want us to be baits, but why?" Hajime asked and Rimuru replied "Because he's only a soul, he desires for a useful body and knowing that he can't take ours, yours or Yue's would be the best option. But you can be discarded because of the worlds view about you, so the next option would be Yue. This would be perfect for us, because when he enters her body, than we can take his soul and destroy it before it damages her body." To say Hajime was surprised was off the mark, but he was angry at Ehit. The next moment he sprinted out of the restaurant towards the inn.
When he arrived at the inn, he saw everyone still peacefully sleeping and Yue staring at him before asking "Where were you?" And Hajime told her the truth. _______ (Back at Rimuru's house)
Rimuru pov:
"Was it necessary to contact him about it?" Shiraori asked me and while she had a point, I had to atleast let him know what would happen. "It wasn't necessary, but it was goodwill." Shiraori shrugged her shoulders and went to bed, I followed suit and also went to bed. The bed was a shared one, seeing that were a couple, it wasn't that weird.
After we woke up the next morning, we just cleaned ourself and ate breakfast. The remainder of the day was nothing special and quickly ended.
When it was evening, I decided to take a look. So I used my original magic called [White Dimension]. As it's name implied, it's a white dimension, the dimension is huge, so huge that I don't know where it ends, but Ciel does. In the middle of the white void was an altar. On the altar was a book, this book had a leather cover with an unknown mark on it. When I picked up the book and opened it, it was blank, the only words visible were at the top and said 'Your thoughts manifest vision'. _______ The end. Hope you enjoyed.
