Peace Disrupted

Rimuru Tempest pov:

After I woke up, I noticed Shiraori laying down besides me and remembered everything that happened last night.

I then stood up, dressed myself and made some breakfast, just when I finished making breakfast, Shiraori came to the kitchen and sat down at the table. Shiraori looked a little messy with her hair being all over the place and her clothes hanging half of her shoulders with a tired look on her face.

After eating we left towards the store where we would go every single time.
In the past 10000 years, there hasn't been a single routine that we haven't done in terms of shopping.

Even though 10000 years is a long time, it's not all that difficult to adapt to the fact that we're gonna live till the end of space-time unless we get killed, but that's very unlikely.

There have also been a massive amount of baby dragons that keep coming to this planet, it's even starting to annoy Shiraori and that usually means that something is gonna disappear which in this case is probably the dragons den.

Even a couple weeks ago, there was a lizard flying around our planet in hopes of finding a good place to land and start his world domination plan.
I killed it by just staring at it.

Every few weeks there would be new batches of dragons that come to inspect this planet and every batch is stronger than the last.
We started at 4-b and now we're at 2-a, the next party is probably gonna be at 1-c at the very least.

After our shopping was done, I went back outside and started to cleanup out garden, I mowed the lawn, carefully removed the weeds and sweeped all the grass leftovers into the trashcan.

This world in itself is not at all lacking in advancement.
I'm the past 10 millennia they have invented a lot of things, they have even recreated the public facilities and space ships, the other reincarnates are still alive, the extra skill that they got when they were reincarnated here has severed their lifespans, so they're practically immortal.

This planet has actually even advanced to the point where they could survive an ice-age without much inconvenience.

After the lawn and garden were clean, I went back inside and sat down next to Shiraori, she was watching a tv show that she likes quite much, that's another thing, if you've lived over 10000 years, then it's pretty normal to try and find new things to entertain yourself, for example:
Shiraori likes watching tv and I like doing simple things, we both like relaxing from time to time and getting some good entertainment.
This doesn't mean that we won't protect this planet though.

We have also been exploring different planets and galaxy's from time to time in order to refresh our mindset and get used to losing a lot of people in the ongoing of time. We even went back to earth for a couple weeks before leaving again, this was because the world had advanced a lot yet it was on the verge of destruction, this was because the spiritual energy that I released during that one sublimation was completely used up and the cultivaters were starting to absorb the planets energy and as such had crippled earth, now it's no longer a beautiful planet as the forest have disappeared and the water has dried up, it can only be called a barren planet.

In our past couple thousand years we have also found similar planets to earth, but most of them were way too weak, like the strongest person I've seen that is native to one of those planets is called 
Lin Jie or also goes by zero.

I've also seen different universes that are similar but different. Most of these places have been only capable of entertaining us for a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, we have been doing nothing much, if we encounter an enemy than we fight, if we don't encounter and enemy than we remain relaxed and if we meet an unexpected person, than we keep watching for entertainment.
Everything goes in the battle to forgo boredom.

During Rimuru's inner monologue, several people had appeared outside of the planet, these people were all around 1-c and 1-b.
The looks on their face are enough to tell that they didn't come with peaceful intentions.

"Boss, are we going to destroy this planet or are we just gonna lure those two out?" Pawn 1

"We're going to destroy this planet until they come out, so get into position and get ready to fire onto a city." Said the boss.

After everyone had situated themselves above a city, the boss started counting down
"Fire in 3...2..."
The boss suddenly went quiet and everyone stopped charging their attacks.

Pawn 2"Boss, are you still there?"
Pawn 3"Boss, what happened, why did you stop the count?"
The other pawns were sending messages to him, but none arrived as he was floating in two pieces while looking at their targets.
Boss: "So you came out before we could even do damage. Tell me. Why do our higher ups want you dead?"
Rimuru looked on coldly as she answered
"I don't know why, but it's probably because I killed most of the mercenary that he sends my way.
And don't worry, you'll meet up with your team in the reincarnation cycle."
Rimuru had quickly disintegrated him and then looked towards the left where a lot of others could be seen flying at top speed.

Shiraori without opening her eyes had appeared behind the group and the seven others had been split in half from the waist, killing them.

Rimuru left one alive, but that was one that was capture a little while ago.

Rimuru unsealed that mercenary and asked
"Who are you people and where do you come from."

The person looked at Rimuru with fear and said
"I'm a mercenary from the galactic empire"
