As they all sat in the living room talking and eating Chan couldn't help but space off thinking of this idea he had been in the back of his mind for months now.

"Hey Chan? Are you okay?" Minho nudged him out of his daydreaming state.

"Oh, yea" Chan gave Minho a small smile in return.

"What's on your mind? We don't mind listening." Jeongin spoke up from across the table. Chan only just noticed all 7 boys looking at him with concerned looks on their faces. "You've been pretty spacey the past couple weeks, what's wrong?" Jeongin continued.

"Okay fine. Just please don't think i'm insane." They all seemed interested now, "I want to add another member to our group. And before you guys say anything, It's not because I want to replace Woojin. No one could replace him. I want to add someone else because i think this could be a great opportunity for not only our group but for her."

"Her?" Hyunjin looked confused, "Chan we're a boy group."

"I know, I know. But think about it, adding a girl who's masculine while dancing so she can look great with us on stage but also feminine that we can use to our advantage in music videos and song lyrics. And I already know the perfect person." He was standing up almost preaching to everyone else.

"You've already been looking at girls for our group before you asked us?" Minho sounded upset by this.

"No No of course not. Ever since I had this idea i've known who would be perfect. Haeun."

"HAEUN??" Jisung was so excited, "Count me in. I trust Chan's judgement. He's our leader and producer and writes a lot of our songs. I think we should all trust him with this. Plus it's Haeun, we all love her and I do agree she'd be perfect for what you just said, Chan." Chan looked relived that Jisung was so up for this crazy idea.

"I'm in too" Seungmin smiled, "I think she's more than perfect to add a little spice to our group."

"What about JYP? Have you talked to him about this yet?" Changbin asked. From what Chan could tell he wasn't against the idea just still a little skeptical.

"I wanted your opinions first, so no I have not. Plus I thought he'd be more likely to say yes if all 8 of us agree it's a good idea." Chan answered him. Changbin smiled in return, content with the answer given. "Can we take a vote? I don't want to do this unless everyone is on board with it." Chan said. The others nodded. "Let's do a blind vote. Put you heads down." They all did as they were told. "Those in favor of having Haeun joining our group?" All 7 boys raised their hands, some were a lot faster than others, and Chan could tell there was still a few who agreed with the idea but weren't totally satisfied, yet. "All 7 of you said yes." Chan spoke and they all brought their heads up and smiled. They all seemed happy about this, happier than Chan expected.

"You guys can go into his office now" JYP's assistant talked softly as she ushered to the doors where the office was behind.

"Thank you" Chan gave her a warm smile as he walked in with everyone else confidently.

"Hello boys, what did you want to talk about?" He waited for all the boys to gather around.

"Good afternoon sir" they all bowed at the same time before taking their seats.

"Earlier today I told the rest of my group about this idea that had been stuck in my mind for months now. I think we should add a girl to our group." Chan gulped hoping that he wasn't too straight forward, but JYP didn't even change his expression, "Do you remember Haeun?" He nodded, "I think she'd fit in very well with us. She dances very well next to us and learned a lot of technique from Hyunjin and Minho. Her voice is a bit deeper which we can use to make her more masculine if need be, but she can also sing like an angel which we can use too. She'd also add more dimension to our music videos." He stared at JYP not daring to breathe until he got a response. He looked around at the rest of the boys and could tell they were nervously anticipating his answer as well. JYP let out a deep sigh.

"I'm all for it. I've missed Haeun she was one of the best trainees I've had. But yes I think she'll be great for Stray Kids." Before he could even finish all the boys jumped up and cheered. They all ended up super on board with the idea even after the vote where Chan thought some were still unsure. Felix hugged Chan.

"Let's go talk to her." He smiled.

"Oh! Yes you're right we need to ask her to join us first." Chan informed JYP who just laughed.

"Well you better hurry then." The man said with a smile on his face.

"Thank you sir!" Minho said as they all bowed and ran out of the room more excited than ever before.
