Stray Kids had to start recording their new album soon, and Hyunjin was still not back yet. Summer was getting worried that he wouldn't return in time for their new album.
"Hey Chan?" She asked as the two sat on the couch together. He looked at her in response, "What do we do if Hyunjin isn't back by the time we have to start recording?"
"Then he probably wont be in this album." Chan responded.
"Oh." Was all she could say.
"Li, we can't choose when he comes back. It'll happen when it happens." He put an arm around her, "We have to keep going and whenever he comes back he'll join right in. Okay?" She laid her head on his chest and let out a sigh.
"Yea. I just really want him there for my first album with you guys." Chan could tell she was about to cry.
"Hey," He changed their position so they were looking at one another, "He'll be back." She nodded in response. Chan kissed the top of her head and then turned something on on the tv. Not too long after she headed to the gym. She loved going to the gym and sweating all her feelings out. Sure she occasionally overworked herself a little bit, but it was nothing she couldn't overcome. Suddenly her phone vibrated.
Hyunjinnie: Hi Lia. I've missed you <3
She gasped at the message. She was so happy to have finally heard from him in months.
Liannie: HYUNJIN!!! I've missed you too! How are you?!?
He smiled looking at the text she sent back so quickly.
Hyunjinnie: I'm really good, I wanted to let you know, I should be coming home soon. I wanted to tell you first because I knew how hard me leaving was for you. You're really important to me Haeun. I can't wait to see you again soon. :)
She almost cried right then and there at the gym. She'd never been so happy and relieved in her life. He was okay and he was coming back in time for their new album.
Liannie: I'm so excited to finally see you again. And i'm so happy you're coming back in time for the new album.
Hyunjinnie: New album? Wow I have a lot of catching up to do
Liannie: You sure do. Hurry back so we can all fill you in <3

"Guys you need to clean these dishes he's going to be here in an hour." Summer scolded Changbin and Minho after they had a snack.
"Relax mom. It's not like it's Hyunjins first time here. He's lived with us longer than you." Changbin laughed. She gave them both a glare as they quickly went to go wash their dishes.
"I knew they were all scared of me." She giggled to herself as she cleaned the rest of the house and put up some decorations for Hyunjins arrival. By the time she was done the house was spotless. Cleaner than it had been since she moved in. There was "Welcome Home" Decorations and balloons everywhere. She even had Minho help her bake a cake. Even though she was bossing all the boys around all day, they could tell how happy she was.
"He'll be here any minute now." Chan said as they all sat in the living room by the door. For some reason she was starting to feel nervous. She was nervous to see him again. She couldn't understand why she was feeling that way but her heart rate rapidly increased once Changbin announced that Hyunjin was home.
"Come on guys let's go help him with his stuff." Chan had everyone come outside to help but Summer didn't get up from the couch. Jeongin, the last one to get up noticed this.
"You coming Noona?" He asked her.
"I'm going to do one more walk around to make sure everything looks good." She stood up and started walking to the bedrooms. She tried her best to talk herself down and calm her nerves. Before she entered back in the living room she heard talking.
"Hey where'd Summer go?" Jisung asked.
"She went to make sure everything looked perfect." Jeongin gave a little laugh.
"Yea she's been bossing us around all day making sure everything is perfect for you Hyunjin. She really missed you" Seungmin nudged him. She came out from around the corner and noticed Hyunjin was facing away from her.
"Speaking of her." Minho motioned back to her. Hyunjin and Seungmin turned around to see her. She saw Hyunjin's eyes light up when he saw her. Tears glossed over her eyes. She couldn't even say anything before she ran herself into him. Hugging him with no intent of ever letting go again.
"Hi Summer." She couldn't see it, but she knew he was smiling.
"Welcome home Hyunjin." She quietly spoke. She pulled away and smiled while she wiped away her tears, "Okay I need to not cry now." They all laughed with her, "You all are really catching me lacking right now. I know just what will help!" She ran over to the fridge, "Cake!" She pulled out a cutely decorated cake that said "Welcome Home Hyunjin!"
"Did you make this?" He looked so happy.
"With the help of Lee Know." She put her arm around Minho.
"Did you actually help him or did you just play music?" Chan gave her a little look.
"Hey." She looked sad, "I decorated it too." Minho laughed and rubbed her head.
"She's always a great company." Minho said as he walked to go cut the cake for everyone.
"So I heard there's a new album?" Hyunjin asked everyone.
"How'd you find that out?" Changbin looked confused at him, "I mean me Chan and Han didn't tell you." Summer slowly raised her hand.
"It may or may not have been me." She said shyly.
"Li it's okay that you told him. Hyunjins apart of our group it's not like you told everyone." Changbin laughed.
"Well about that." She looked down. All heads turned to her, "Nah i'm just kidding." She laughed, "You guys are so gullible."
