Back in November 2021, I randomly watched Heneral Luna and Goyo. Heneral Luna was so devastating but I find Goyo much much more devastating. Inimagine ko kung ano ang naramdaman noon ni Goyo at Remedios, nung hindi na sila nagkita ulit dahil namatay si Goyo. I wondered na paano kaya kung pinagtagpo sila sa susunod na buhay nila kung totoo man 'yung ganon?

Because of the pain I felt when I watched Goyo, I stumbled upon this FMV of Goyo with the song being Patawad by Moira dela Torre. The song eerily fits the story of Remedios and Goyo, but when I listened to the song itself, I discovered a message that love accepts. Love accepts everything.

That's what I had in mind when I made Miguel, one of the protagonists. Miguel has a bad past, and he had to accept that the love he has for Lucia isn't worth her prominence, elegance, and being just her own person overall. He believes that she deserves a better man, in which Lucia thinks the opposite - she deserves Miguel. She sees both his strength and weaknesses, but things fell apart. A lot of times it fell apart but it was that last time they saw each other that kept breaking my heart even if I know na ako naman ang may kasalanan kasi ako ang nagsulat. HAHAHA

But despite the tragedy in their past lives, gusto ko may happy ending sila. Kaya iyon ang naisip ko na gawin sa huli. I am very well aware of Binibining Mia's ILYS1892 and hindi ko pa siya nababasa but I am planning to so kung may similarities I am not aware po para sa mga nakabasa na nung story ni Bb Mia. :) Just in case na baka may magsabi na inspo ko iyon, ang inspo po talaga ay ang Goyo. But excited na ako basahin yung ILYS 1892 and balak ko na sa physical book ko siya basahin.

Going back, I had to give them a happy ending. Deserve nila yun sa dami ng cinonquer ng kanilang love, ryt?

Hindi ako makapaniwalang naabot ko na 'yung dream ko na makatapos ng story. Sa lahat kasi ng stories na sinimulan ko, ito lang iyong natapos. Hindi man ito sobrang maganda at halatang napakarami pang improvements ang kailangan, masaya akong natapos ko ito at napakalapit ng story na 'to sa heart ko.

Naalala ko pa noong unang may nag-add nito sa reading list nila, tuwang-tuwa na ako! :D At dahil sa mga taong nalabas sa notifs ko na ina-add itong story ko, iyon ang nagpalakas ng loob ko para ituloy ang sinimulan ko. Maraming-maraming salamat sa inyong mga magbabasa pa lamang at sa mga nagpakita ng interes sa aking gawa!

For now, I'm planning on focusing on my studies first, or in between, tatry kong mag-add ng FAQs or even edit some parts of the story.

Iisip pa ako ng mga dapat pang sabihin kaso wala pa ako maisip for now, ang gusto ko lang sabihin ay thank u! Thank u for helping me finish this story. Nawa'y marami pang magbasa nito at ng mga future stories ko.
