"Lisa, can you stop saying that? I know you're just saying these out of anger. I would still get upset." Hanbin felt good about himself. He looked at Lisa affectionately and said, "Do you know that my heart almost shatters every time I hear you say that?"
"Then do you know that I'm about to vomit?" Lisa could not bear it anymore. "Is there something wrong with your brain? Who gave you the courage to be so narcissistic? Why do you think that I like you?"
"Didn't you come to the engagement party because you like me?" Hanbin looked hurt as he tried to hold Lisa's hand. "Let's not throw a tantrum, okay? We're running out of time. Let's not waste it on meaningless arguments, okay?"
"I told you to stay away from me!" Lisa's eyes turned cold. She could not bear it any longer. She grabbed Hanbin's wrist and twisted it hard. "Can you just talk properly? If you touch me again, I'll rip your arm off!"
Hanbin could not help but let out a cry of pain. He was pressed against the wall with his face on the ice-cold tiles. He cooled down in an instant and suddenly questioned whether Lisa liked him. If she did, why would she treat him so rudely? No, Lisa liked him for sure. If she didn't, why would she come here? Lisa must be just angry and jealous right now...
"Lisa, I really had no choice but to get engaged to Nancy, but I've always loved you." Hanbin was immersed in his own imagination. He said with an affectionate tone, "Lisa, I know you still like me, that's why you're here. Let's get away together, okay? Let's leave this place. We can either go abroad or to another city, wherever it is. We'll stay together... There's no Jungkook, no Nancy, and no family burden. Just the two of us, okay?"
"Are you crazy?" Lisa sneered. "Are you worthy? Is the Lim family unable to afford a mirror? Take a good look at yourself. How dare you talk about eloping with me? Forget about grandma and the relatives here. Let's just talk about you," Lisa sneered. Her tone was full of ridicule and disdain. "Think about the difference between you and Jungkook. In terms of your figure, looks, wealth, status, and aura, just which part of you can compare to Jungkook? Anyone with brains would choose Jungkook over you. Do you think I'm an idiot? Why would I ever give up such a perfect husband like Jungkook and be with a bastard like you?"
Lisa felt that she wasted time talking to Hanbin. She let go of her hand and turned around indifferently. "Stop dreaming. I have no feelings for you at all."
Hanbin looked at Lisa in disbelief and asked, "Don't you like me at all?"
In response, Hanbin only got to see Lisa's cold back view.
"Then why are you here?" Hanbin couldn't hold himself back. He tried to pull Lisa back as he said in despair, "If you don't like me, why did you come to my engagement party? You can't bear to part with me and watch me get engaged to someone else, right?"
No matter how hard he was beaten, he would never learn. Lisa looked at Hanbin and finally lost control. Raising her head, she bent her knees and kicked against Hanbin's stomach.
"Ouch!" Hanbin retched with his face full of pain. This wasn't the end. Lisa grabbed his tie and pulled him forward, directly throwing him on his back. She finished it off with a clean move. Hanbin fell and fainted on the ground for a moment. Lisa's beautiful face appeared in front of him after a while. With her red lips curved slightly, her eyes were filled with chilling coldness. "I told you not to touch me. Are you deaf?" In her high heels, she stepped on Hanbin's stomach without hesitation.
Hanbin screamed in pain. Like a fish stranded on the shore, he bounced weakly and collapsed on the ground.
"Do you want to know why I'm here?" Lisa's eyes were cold. She said calmly, "Hanbin, do you think I have lost my memory? How dare you have evil thoughts towards me? You are a despicable person who secretly colluded with Lee Yong. Even if I am blind and deaf, I will never like you. I came to see how ridiculous you are. I also came to tell you..."
