Miraculous Fanfiction Season 5 - The Last Day

Nathalies Secret Mission VII

Panting for breath, Nathalie hurried after the researcher, who was desperately trying to outrun the assistant. However, Nathalie caught up with her relatively quickly, but Madam Krysalis opened a door and disappeared outside. Coughing and gasping, Nathalie stopped short. She quickly followed the woman, but she had now hidden behind the pillars of the temple. But Nathlie wasn't stupid, she already had an idea. 

"You don't want the whole world to know that you, Madam Krysalis, have a very powerful Miraculous!" shouted Nathalie. The researcher remained silent. "Or that Hawkmoth might pay you a visit," she added coldly. Madam Krysalis immediately jumped out. "Don't you dare! You work for evil, don't you?" she waved her arms around angrily. 

"It's a question of perspective," Nathalie replied. "Be honest, show her kwami and her power, I'd love to see it," Nathalie said with a grin. "Fine by me, Madam Tourist, but I must warn you, this Miraculous is different," explained Madam Krysalis. Nathalie raised her eyebrows curiously. "Oh? Now I'm curious," Nathalie replied curtly. The researcher grinned and a Kwami emerged from the matel. But this one looked different to Duusuu or Nooroo, for example. The Kwami was black and had three eyes, no mouth and a small antenna. 

"That's zero. As you can see, it is different from the other Kwamis," said the researcher. The Kwami then started to dance and lit up brightly. Now it was no longer black, but bright white. "Since they wanted to see me in action so much..." hissed Madam Krysalis. "Zero, transform me!" she shouted, then transformed. Now she stood in a black and white suit and a high spiky pigtail. She had a rucksack on her back that acted like spider legs. Nathalie stepped closer and posed for battle. 

"Just one more thing," Madam Krysalis added. 

"This Miraculous...is artificial. I made it"

Lila rang the bell at the large gates of the Agrests, but of course no one answered. In the background there were explosions, shouting and the occasional siren. Many residents protested against Hawkmoth and supported Ladybug, while others wanted to force Ladybug to give up so that Hawkmoth would no longer terrorize Paris. 

Lila no longer waited, but meandered between the gates. When she went to knock on the door, she realized that the front door was open. Her hand paused, should she really dare to enter the house without anyone being home? 

Finally, Lila shook her head, her brown hair blowing in the gentle wind. She cautiously entered the house and looked at the empty entrance hall. "Hello, is anyone here?" Lila called out. Silence was the answer, no, silence. First the girl looked in Adrien's room, then in Nathalie's, but there was no one anywhere. Finally, she stopped in front of Gabriel Agrest's door. 

His office... Should she really go in there? 

"What could possibly happen there?" the student asked herself. The office was empty, as Lila had expected, only the portrait of Emilie Agrest was colorful, in contrast to the plain black and white. Lila looked at the picture and stepped a little closer when she noticed that the picture was not quite on the wall. She was about to move it when she suddenly opened it and found a safe behind it. Now Lila was one hundred percent sure. 

Gabriel Agrest was Hawkmoth, it was only a matter of time before he turned up here.
