The last Day: Hawkmoths Wish III - Stormy Weather

Cat Noir and Ladybug swung over the roofs of Paris, while on the horizon Notre Dame was going down in the greedy flames and the dark smoke rose high up to the sun. "That doesn't look good, how are we supposed to save the people in this fire?" Cat Noir wanted to know and looked worriedly at his partner. Ladybug seemed to think for a moment. "We'll use the fire powers," Ladybug explained and grinned. 

"You save the people from the building and I'll take care of the weather fairy," Cat Noir replied and the two used the red macaroon and the red camembert, the next moment they transformed and stood as Pyrobug and Flamenoir. "See you soon," purred Cat Noir, then they split up. Ladybug swung with the yo-yo into the burning cathedral and freed the people from the fallen objects. She quickly looked around, had she missed anyone? "Is everyone here? Is everyone okay?" Pyrobug wanted to know. The people nodded their heads in fear. "Good, hold on tight to me!" Pyrobug called and aimed the yo-yo outside. At the last second, she was able to get everyone out safely. Pyrobug put the people on a roof. "Is anyone hurt?" she wanted to know. "Just a few grazes or scratches," an older man replied. Pyrobug made sure everything was OK, then jumped back into the fire to help her partner. "Is everything OK?" Pyrobug wanted to know and walked over to Flamenoir, who was watching Stormy Weather take off into the air. "There you are, come and attack me!" she yelled, swinging her umbrella around. "We've defeated you enough times, this will be child's play," Flamenoir replied and rushed at the akumatized villain. Stormy Weather dodged and hurled the cat against a wall with the wind, but Pyrobug caught him. They both blushed when they touched. Their cheeks glowed. 

"Got you," she giggled. Flamenoir just grinned. "Stop gossiping, you two!" Stormy Weather shouted annoyed, and the next second she hurled a heavy hail of rain down on the heroes. Pyrobug and Flamenoir dodged while Stormy Weather wanted to attack again, but Ladybug threw her yo-yo up and tied her leg. Then she jumped down and pulled the girl down. "Chat now!" she demanded. Flamenoir nodded and activated his cataclysm. A few seconds later his claw reached the umbrella. Flamenoir rolled off, jumped up and let the black dust fly in the air. "No! Not again!" Stormy Weather moaned before she began to transform back in the dark smoke. "I messed up, Mariposa," she hissed, then she was Aurore again. The blonde girl rushed to the wall, desperate and frightened, when she saw that she was standing on top of the burning Notre Dame. "Help! Help me!" she screamed, trying to hold on to the crumbling pillar. Ladybug secured the girl, then took a step back and used her lucky charm. Without using it, she threw it up and the magical ladybugs buzzed around. The fire disappeared, the building was repaired, Aurore landed gently on the ground. Ladybug and Cat Noir transformed back into their normal form and landed next to the young girl. 

Now Ladybug could catch the Akuma in peace. She opened the yo-yo and fixed her eyes on the dark butterfly. "Now you don't have to be evil anymore!" she shouted and caught the evil Akuma. "Bye, bye, little butterfly," she breathed, the insect fluttered around happily. "Thank you for saving us!" the people from the cathedral thanked them. "Gladly," replied Cat Noir and smiled politely. "Mariposa will never defeat you," a lady whispered happily. Ladybug looked at the lady in confusion. Who was Mariposa? Was that one of Hawkmoth's helpers? But she said nothing and followed Cat Noir into a narrow alley. There they transformed back and let the kwami ​​eat. Adrien looked at his girlfriend worriedly. "You look so thoughtful," Adrien remarked and took her hands. Marinette hesitated for a moment. "Mariposa..." she murmured. "There is no Hawkmoth in this reality. It seems that in this world your father never turned evil," explained Marinette. Adrien thought for a moment. 

"That makes sense, if my... mother... is alive... then my father will never become Hawkmoth," he grumbled. "Yes...but...who is Hawkmoth, or Mariposa?" Marinette asked herself. "It could be anyone in this reality, but it's best if we look for ourselves," suggested Adrien. "What do you mean?" Marinette wanted to know. "We'll go to my house and see if my father really isn't Hawkmoth," he explained. 

"Good. Let's do that together," the girl agreed. The two transformed and jumped to the rooftops to get home to Adrien. It was time for Gabriel Agrest to come clean with the truth.
