DEVIL'S WRATH 1: Lucian Velorca (COMPLETED)

CHAPTER 63

Today was my seventh month of pregnancy. I kept stroking my large belly. I stared at myself in the full-size mirror, wearing a light pink maternity dress.

Then I saw Lucian walking towards me. He hugged me and also stroked my belly.

"Tsk. I really thought it was a baby girl, Laham."
Actually, this was the seventh time he said that.

Yes, it's a baby boy again. When I went for my ultrasound, Katkat was the only one who came with me. He suddenly got a call about an emergency board meeting. He refused to go, but I insisted that it was okay and he left because he'd still find out anyway.

He really wanted to have a baby girl. But there was nothing we could do; it was a boy.

"I was expecting it too, Laham. But it's okay, right?" I asked him.

"Of course, my Milk. It's our baby. But your belly is too big for you,"
he said while frowning at my belly. Should I be surprised that my belly is so big?

"Siyempre Laham seven months na siya that's why malaki talaga...so are you done? Let's go?"

"Yeah...by the way you look like a very beautiful balloon with your dress my Milk"

"Nang-iinsulto ka ba Lucian?"
I heard him chuckled and he just kissed my forehead.

"I'm not insulting you, my wife, okay? It's a compliment, baby. Come on, take my hand."

I just rolled my eyes and did what he said. We walked out of the house, and he escorted me to his car. We were going to Lucard's birthday celebration; it was his 30th birthday, and Milo was already there with my brother.

I was happy that my brother and Lucard were getting along; in fact, they were starting a new project together. We hit the road in just twenty minutes and finally reached his penthouse.

Pumasok na kami sa loob and the maid lead us into the pool area. Simple party lang daw 'to at ang alam kong kaunti lang yung invited, mostly mga kaibigan nila.

I saw one of Lucian's devil friends, Zachary and Helcurt, nakatitig sila sa amin ni Lucian nang papalapit na kami sa kanila. Naramdaman ko nalang ang kamay niya na nakapulupot na ngayon sa bewang ko.

"Yow! How's life, Man?"

"Fine as hell!" sagot ng asawa ko...di ko na narinig usapan nila nang makita ko si Ree together with Honey. I smiled at them.

"Hi Ree, ang laki na ng tiyan mo anong due date mo?"

"Second week of this month" she said while smiling at me looking at my belly.

"Milk, bakit parang magkasing laki lang yata yung tiyan natin? Diba Honey? Ilang months na nga 'yan?"

"Seven  palang, totoo ba Hon?" I heard Honey's laughed while nodding his head.

"Yeah, sometimes napapaisip ako na magkasabay lang kayo ni Ree"
I frowned and I stared my own belly.

"Talaga? Grabe kasi ako kumain. Nga pala, where's Lucard Ree? I just want to give my gift for him"
Pagbago ko sa usapan namin.

"He's about to come, nandoon pa sa loob kasama si Milo and Hannah. Tara doon tayo"

Naglakad kami papunta sa isang mesa malapit sa pool area, medyo marami-rami rin ang mga taong pumunta. Until I saw Lucard came out from the door together with Milo. Panay wave niya rin sa'kin. Pero mas nauna pa siyang pumunta doon sa table kung nasaan ang daddy niya at nakita ko rin doon si kuya.

"Happy birthday Lucard, for you"

"Woah, thank you Milk. What is this?"

"Ikaw na magbukas n'yan mamaya"

"Okay, okay. If you don't mind pwede ba kami lumipat dito sa table niyo?"
Napatango ako at tinawag naman niya mga kaibigan niya.
Lucard is a very simple and humble man, kaya di na ako nagtaka kung ba't sobrang simple lang yung birthday party niya.
