"What's wrong?" Max asked.
"Sit down honey." He got up and put the ring away. They sat down on the couch. "I do want to marry you." "After I tell you this, you won't want to marry me." She said with tears in her eyes.
"Is something wrong with the baby?"
"No." "I cheated on you Max." "I slept with Sam."
"When were you planning on telling me this?"
"Tomorrow." "I didn't want to ruin the holiday."
"Wait, please do not tell me, no." He said with tears in his eyes. "Is he the father?" He asked wiping his eyes.
"I don't know." "We can do a DNA test to find out."
"Do you still love him?"
"No." "I don't want to be with him." "I want to be with you."
"I wish I could believe you." He got up and left. She cried hard.
