When Hallie had called to get a DNA test she was told they were backed up and didn't have an available appointment for six weeks.

That was three weeks ago. Hallie was in her fourth month of pregnancy and starting to show. She had to start wearing baggy clothes on camera to hide her bump. She was still hesitant to make her pregnancy public. Tomorrow they were finding out the gender of the baby. Hallie was at home cooking dinner for her and Max. The front door opened.

"It's me." Max said. He went into the kitchen. He went into the kitchen. "Hi baby."

She turned around. "Which one?"

"Both of you." They kissed. "God that was a long two days."

"I know."

He knelt down by her stomach and kissed it. "Did you miss daddy?" "I missed you."

After dinner they were sitting on the couch.

"When can we tell people about the baby?" Max asked.

"Soon."

"Do you not want to because you don't think it's mine?"

"No Max." "I'm just afraid." "After tomorrow, ok?"

"Ok."

The next morning they were at the doctor. Hallie was hooked to the machine.

"Congratulations, it's a boy." The doctor said.

"Everything still looks ok?" Hallie asked.

"Everything looks great."

Max kissed Hallie's forehead. "Our baby boy." He said happily.

They were driving down the road. Max was driving. Hallie was on her phone.

"Want to go to breakfast?" He asked.

"Yeah."

Meanwhile Sam had just gotten a text. It read.

It's a boy Sam. - Hallie

He smiled.

We're having a son." He thought happily.
