"I can make a name for myself. We can keep Mila's secret safe, too. I don't think your dad will like that the town is keeping a wolf in the town and one that kills wolves, do you?"

"Well, your dad and brother won't see it like that, will they?" I say.

"You will tell your father and brother that I saved you, or I will tell them all about Mila."

"Alyssa, you may go back down to the town to see Nate. He is asking for you," Alpha Leon says.

My plan worked, and I headed back down to where the rest of the group was. But I can see Eric, Josie, and Dane walking back up the lane we used earlier to go down to the town.
