Chapter 61

Chris pov...

Our day was hectic and chaotic. People were running in and out.

At 6 in the morning the people started to build the tent and when they were done the decorators moved in under the guidance of our wedding planner. A big fully equipped kitchen in a truck was parked behind the tent so the chef could cook, and the waiters didn't have to walk to far with the food. Sammie has been sick all morning and i was just hoping and praying that she would be a little better tomorrow so she could enjoy our wedding day.

I was looking out in the yard where people were working hard to make sure our day would be everything we wanted. "Are you nervous Evans?" I heard a voice say behind me. I smiled turning around looking at Scarlett. She hugged me. "Congratulations Chris..." She whispered. I smiled again. "Thanks for being here for her." I whispered back.

"Of course, Chris. I love Sammie and i love you two together. So how are you feeling about everything." She said smirking at me. "I am over the moon." I said with a grin on my face. "Not only am i marrying the love of my life. I have a beautiful daughter and a baby on the way i couldn't be happier." Scarlet smiles. "Where is the blushing bride?" She asks.

"Taking a nap, she was tired wanted to get some rest before the chaos would really begin.... Can you do me a favor?" I ask looking at Scarlet. "Name it." she says.

"Can you make sure that Sammie gets some rest if she needs it. I know my sisters. They will get excited. They dont know she is pregnant, so they will tire her out and she is too sweet to say something. Also, can you help us at the wedding with getting her drinks so that people dont know that she isn't drinking...." Scarlet smiled. "Of course, that is what i am here for. Colin has the kids so i am staying with Sammie and Sophie at your mothers." I smile and give Scarlet a hug. "Thank you, I'll go wake her up she has already packed a bag."

I walk into the bedroom where Sammie is still sound asleep. "Hey baby wake up." I say as i sit next to her giving her a little kiss. She groans. "5 more minutes." She sighs closing her eyes again.

"Scarlet is here." I say knowing that will get her up. "I am up." She says sitting up. "How is everything going outside..." She asks. "They are right on schedule baby. We are going to have a beautiful wedding dont worry." I say smiling.

She smiles and kisses me passionately. I groan, "baby if you keep this up i won't let you leave." She giggles and gives me a little peck before getting out of bed. She gets dressed puts her hair up in a messy bun. I smile as she is standing there in a shirt of mine with her hair up and some yoga pants. I grab her bag and we walk out to the kitchen where Scarlet is sipping on a cup of coffee. "Sorry made myself some coffee." She said and i heard Sammie groan making me laugh. "I am only aloud one cup from this one over here." She says pointing at me annoyed.

We sit around discussing how we are going to handle tomorrow and then it is time for them to leave. I walk them to the car and put Sammie's bag in the trunk before opening the door for them both. I give Sammie one more kiss before they leave. "See you tomorrow, I'll be the one in white." She says grinning. "See you tomorrow sweetheart." I say letting out a deep sigh kissing her one more time. "Okay, it is only one night Evans." Scarlet says rolling her eyes. Sammie laughs, and i close the door waving them out as Scarlet drives off.

I sigh and walk back inside when my phone pings. I smile when i see a message from Sammie. "Miss you already, love you."

Sammie pov...

We arrive at Lisa and when we walk up to the house Sophie comes running out jumping in my arms. "Hi mommy, i missed you."

"I missed you to baby." I say smiling. "Hello little one." Scarlet says as i put Sophie down and she hugs Scarlet. Scarlet lifts her up and we walk inside, where being greeted by Lisa, Shanna and Carly. Lisa hugs me. "How are you feeling?" She whispers. "I am good." I whisper back. Carly and Shanna hug me both. "Nervous?" Carly asks. I nod. "Yeah, a little i just hope tomorrow will go without any problems." I sigh. "Dont worry sweetheart we will all make sure you have the best day ever." Carly says. I smile. "Thank you." I say blushing a little.
