To You, the One Who Won't Read This

I've loved you for so long
That I don't know how to love someone new.
I want to move on.
I really, really do.
But every time I think of love,
All I can see is you.

It all comes back to you in the end.
Every poem I write,
Every love interest inspired by your light.
The light that blinded me, made it so I couldn't see.
Nobody but you could make me want to sing.

Nine years, soon to be ten.
Just when will it end?
Trapped inside this heart,
Perfectly molded to the shape of you.
No one else can fit, and I honestly don't want them to.

My love is yours, so do what you will with it.
Remain oblivious if you wish,
So I may never feel your kiss.
You'll live forever in my words, ones you won't ever read.
And if you do?
You'll never guess you were the only one for me.
