Y/N POV

A sharp stabbing pain on your lower belly woke you up. It took about ten seconds for you to get your bearings,Yoongi had blackout curtains and they really worked.

You were lying on your side and were spooned by Yoongi, his arm draped around your waist and his body melting yours. Moving without waking him up was going to be a challenge but you didn't want to interrupt his sleep. It was so dark that you couldn't even tell what time it was.

Every single time you had slept in Yoongi's arms, you had slept perfectly fine, no trace of insomnia and once you had to sleep alone, it came back again. Maybe it had to do with the fact that you weren't scared of Yoongi, that you felt safe with him and that he had made sure you knew you were safe, always respecting your boundaries and letting you make the choices.

There it was, another stab. You realized then what was happening, you needed to get up. Yoongi was deeply asleep, he was even snoring a bit, you carefully moved his arm and sat, knowing that you had to run after that. Spotting your toiletries bag on the vanity, you jumped up and ran, snatching it on your way to the bathroom.

You closed the door and locked it, heading for the toilet.

“Shit!” Just as you feared, your period decided to show up at the most inconvenient of times. Your panties were ruined and you feared that you might have stained Yoongi's sheets. That thought made you cringe. Upon further inspection you realized that your shorts were clean, that meant so were the sheets.

Rummaging through your bag you realized you only had one tampon…that fucked things up. You didn't wait and jumped in the shower, all the time cursing mother nature for… basically everything.

The pain was climbing higher and you knew it was only a matter of time before all the symptoms got worse. You finished showering, dried off, did what you had to do with your tampon and put your sleeping clothes back on, sans your panties, which you had rinsed in the shower and were now in the bottom of the trash bin (you were going to take the trash out as soon as you figured out what to do).

And then, it happened. What happened almost every single time you got your period after the accident: You got nauseous. This was one of the reasons why you were on birth control even when you weren't actively having sex, but even on it, your cycle was a mess and one more reason why you hated the asshole.

Right before you came to Korea you had gotten your shot, it was good for six months and your doctor had been kind enough to research what options you had in your new home. He had found something similar to what you used and the company's insurance covered it, so you were set, but it wasn't time for you to get it yet.

When the acidic taste filled your mouth you ran to the toilet and loudly threw up in the bowl. A few seconds later you heard fast and loud footsteps running towards the bathroom door and the knob rattled.

Yoongi pounded on the door,”Y/N!!! Are you okay? What's going on?” He kept trying to open the door. You were about to reply but your stomach heaved again and back to vomiting you went. “Y/N! I'm opening the door!”

You heard him walk away, then the rattling of keys and then he came in, looking paler than usual and his hair disheveled. He looked scared and worried.

“Y/N!” He ran to you, kneeling beside you and cupping your face, his eyes roaming every inch of it, “Baby, what's wrong? Are you sick?”

Yoongi noticed your hair was wet, you had obviously showered. He also noticed you were cold and curled up on yourself.

“Gwenchana, it's nothing. I just…I hate this, but I have to go home.”

“Home? Y/N, you're sick. What are you talking about, I need to take you to the hospital.” He reached into his pockets, looking for his cellphone. He was frantic. You grabbed his wrist and he locked eyes with you.
