Yoongi's POV
Yoongi was back at the apartment within forty five minutes. He was photographed by some fan sites and was approached by two foreign fans. He knew he shouldn't have, because they were advised not to engage with fans on their down time to avoid fueling unwanted advances, but he signed autographs for them.
He was glad he did because both girls told him they were glad that he was okay and that if the rumors of him dating were true, that they were happy for him and his girl. Not wanting to either confirm or deny it he just laughed and thanked them for their support.
If this was the way Army was going to react to you, then the future was looking bright. His mood lifted considerably.
Yoongi got home and began putting away the groceries, realizing that more and more of the things you liked had begun taking space in his fridge and pantry. This was a good thing and he was happy. Everything was falling into place and while yes, you had gone through something terrible, you were still there with him.
You were stronger than you realized and he loved you all the more for that. He not only loved but admired you. He never imagined someone like you could exist.
Once he was done, he set up the kettle, for either more coffee or tea, whichever you needed after your session and set up the ingredients for some omelets.
He checked his watch and noticed that the hour was up, yet you were still in the studio. Maybe you needed a few more minutes, so he decided to wait for you in the living room while he checked some work emails on his phone.
There were some from Yi Jeong and some additions to the schedule which he quickly took note of and then he settled to check Jeong's requests.
It was easy for Yoongi to get lost in work, for him it was second nature, so it wasn't until the group chat pinged with a new message that he got out of his trance.
9:47 a.m.
KN: “Good morning everyone. @minyoongi, how is noona doing? How was the rest of the weekend?”It was almost 10!? How? Why were you still in the studio? An awful feeling creeped in his belly and he immediately darted for the studio. He was about to open the door when he figured that if you were in fact still in session, him jumping inside might not be the best idea.
So he stayed out and decided to text you a simple message.
9:47 a.m.
MY: “Y/N, may I come in?”The door to the studio opened and there you were, puffy red eyes, tear marks down your cheeks and a trembling lip. Yoongi immediately pulled you into his arms, wanting to shield you and squeeze your pain away. His own eyes filled with tears but he said nothing, he just held you and you clung to the back of his shirt as you silently cried into its front.
After a while, Yoongi broke the silence in a whisper.
“I know that I can't fight the demons in your head for you and that if your world is exploding, I can't stop it, but I can be there with you. I can be there for you. Be courageous for you.” He pulled back to look into your eyes, there was something in them, a weight of sorts, but it looked like it had lifted some, “You don't have to fight alone, my Y/N. I will fight whatever demons with you until the day I die if you let me.”
You nodded and buried yourself in his chest again and so he kept holding you. He'd stand there forever if that was what you needed.
Y/N's POV
Talking to Karla had been hard, hard and…liberating at the same time.
You told her everything -except that Yoongi had hit Hans first. That bit would forever be a secret- from meeting Yoongi by chance, to the whirlwind that was saying yes to him, to finally being able and wanting to have sex.
