Do you want to leave?

Y/N's POV

You were numb. The water falling on your back helping with the pain you knew wasn't really there. It was just your mind playing tricks on you.

How was it possible that Hans had found you here? It didn't make any sense. The universe had a really sick sense of humor for allowing these coincidences. How did he even end up working for Hybe? Was it possible that he knew you had moved to Seoul all along? Why couldn't he leave you alone?

What would've happened if you and Yoongi weren't together? You'd be at your apartment and you didn't know if he knew where it was or not. Or who knows, maybe he would've found you before you could find a safe place.

If you weren't with Yoongi, you had no one in Korea other than Huang…You couldn't stand anymore, you leaned your back on the wall and slowly slid down until you were sitting and hugged your legs as you rocked back and forth, crying.

You weren't sure how long you stayed there until your phone, which you had left right outside the shower door began ringing again -Lena had called before, but you couldn't talk to her just yet-, scooting towards the door you reached for your phone and saw that it was Yoongi calling. Reaching out, you answered between sobs.

“Baby? What's wrong?” Yoongi sounded like he too was about to cry.

“Can you come in here, please?” You whispered.

“I'll be right there.”

You went back to your original place, sitting and leaning against the wall. In a matter of minutes you heard the rattling of keys and the door opened to reveal a disheveled looking Yoongi who immediately went to you. He kneeled in front of you, his clothes getting soaked and he cradled your face.

“Y/N, baby,” you broke down and held on to him while he sat against the wall and brought you onto his lap, allowing you to sob into his chest. “You're safe. He won't hurt you again. I won't let him. I should've been there. I should've known he was coming. This is all my fault Princess, please forgive me.” He held you tightly and it was what he said that made your brain click.

He was blaming himself for something he had no control over…the same thing you had been doing for years. There was no one to blame but Hans fucking Mitchell. It wasn't your fault, it wasn't Yoongi's fault, it was his. You had an epiphany. Right then and there. And even though that didn't mean the trauma would go away or even that you would be able to sleep through the night, you finally understood: what happened to you was not your fault.

You held on to his neck and planted a small kiss on his chin. “Not your fault. You're keeping me safe. I'd probably be dead by now if it wasn't for you.” It might seem like an exaggeration, but you knew Hans was capable of that and more.

Yoongi shivered at your words and squeezed you tighter. This had been hard for him too. For him and the others. They were all taking care of you…it felt strange.

“I think I'm ready to get dry now,” you whispered. Yoongi didn't say anything but he just stood up, turned the water off and in complete silence, reached for your towel and began drying your body, being extra careful around your back.

When it was time to dry your arms, he traced the bruise on it, his eyes filling with tears and his jaw locking in fury. You noticed and pulled his hand away.

“Don't…” you whispered.

“Mianheyo … Did I hurt you?” His eyes went wide, worried he had done something to further harm you.

“No, but you're hurting yourself by looking at it. Stop. Please.”

“Y/N…I…let's get you dressed, okay? Go on ahead, I'll take my wet clothes off and join you in a second.”
