(AN: Please note that I DO NOT have anything against Namjoon, I love him to the moon and back, but I needed someone who was against Yoongi and Y/N and luck landed on him. Remember this is fictional. Also, nothing against the girl who will be the bad guy here.)
Yoongi's POV
He barely slept. Even when you had ended the night on good terms, he still felt anxious at how this was going to affect everything.
Yoongi knew that he was being selfish. You told him twice already that maybe you weren't ready and he had insisted, saying that everything would be at your pace, and yet, he kept telling you what he wanted. It was a crappy thing to do.
And still, you decided to stay. He had to make sure not to repeat the behavior of the night before if he wanted to keep you.
He was up since six, which was rare for him, and he was ready and at Hybe at seven. Ever since he had switched to drinking decaf coffee he found it easier to control his obsessive fixation with work, but today he needed caffeine and to be focused so he was drinking a large iced americano.
When there was a knock on his door at a quarter to eight, followed by an obnoxiously loud laugh, he was surprised that Jin and Jungkook had arrived even earlier than they said they would. Yoongi opened the door and let them in.
“What's the point of both of you having the passcode for my door if you won't use it?” He asked while he plopped on his chair and took a gulp of his coffee.
“Is that decaf, Yoongi-ya?” Jin asked with concern. The bags under Yoongi's eyes and their slight puffiness didn't go unnoticed by his hyung. Jungkook was already manspreading on the couch, not quite noticing anything strange on Yoongi.
“No. Regular.”
“What's wrong?”
At those words by Jin, Jungkook sat up and paid attention, it was clear now that Yoongi wasn't his usual self.
“Hyung? Are you okay?”
“Yes and no?” He said and waited for Jin to settle beside JK to start talking.
“So about Saturday…I went on a date with Y/N and by the end of it, I asked her to be my girlfriend…she said yes.”
The two men on the couch cheered and Yoongi cracked a smile, but it wasn't a big one.
“But then…I nearly got broken up with last night?”
“What!? Why?” Asked Jungkook, interjected by Jin's “What did you do, Yoongi?”
Yoongi sighed and leaned back, both of his brothers leaning forward, forearms on their knees, ready to listen, dissect and try to help.
“Look, Y/N has some…issues. I don't know what they are, but she has trouble trusting, she puts herself down and constantly apologizes for shit she shouldn't,” the frowns on both listeners grew deeper, “she tends to ask me for approval on stuff that don't make sense, and on Saturday after the company called to get us to go back to our homes, she turned into a tornado.”
“What do you mean?”
“She jumped into action, she gathered my clothes and put them in a bag, got everything ready and was firing instructions on what I should do to avoid getting recognized.”
“Woah! Back up,” Jin said, “what do you mean she gathered your clothes? Please don't tell me you slept with her on Saturday…Yoongi, that's not wise, not when what you're telling us screams that she has been abused.”
“Abused?” Asked a confused Jungkook and Yoongi had some of his fears confirmed.
“I didn't sleep with her. I mean I did, but we just took a nap. We got caught in the rain and she leant me some clothes while mine were in the dryer.” Yoongi pulled out the baggie with the cookie in it and began playing with it in his hands.
