Y/N's POV
The place where Yoongi and Jin lived was beautiful, not a single blade of grass out of place and had an overall perfect look, you could smell the money of the people who lived there, it made you feel a bit awkward. You couldn't help but notice yet another difference between you and Yoongi. It was hard to process.
“Wow…this place…it's gorgeous. Makes one feel small,” you said.
“It's a nice place to live in, but I think it's too small to contain you. You're bigger than anything.” Yoongi knew just what to say at every single opportunity.
“Alright baby, I have a private elevator to my home. It's right beside my parking spots and no one but the guys, my parents, the managers and some people from the company have the code for it. Even then, they reach the hallway, no one has the code for the apartment…wait, no, Jinnie and Jungkookie do.”
You nodded. You knew he was giving you all of this information so you could be sure no one could get in unless he let them. Damn…you were falling hard for this man.
“You will get both codes.” He finished as he began parking his car. Seojun waiting to park beside him. There were five spots marked with his apartment number. There was one car, which you assumed was Seojun's, parked at the farthest spot. You took notice of that.
“Yoongi…not that I'm ungrateful, but you don't have to. When will I ever come here without you? I don't even have a car in Korea. Besides, you don't know my codes.”
“Baby, you can come here whenever you can, Huang-ssi can drive you, you can call me and I'll send someone to get you or, when you get your car, you can drive yourself. As for your codes, I don't need them.”
You looked at him, trying to figure out what he meant.
“If you want to give them to me, you will, in your own time, I won't pressure you. You can never give them to me and that's fine too. It's what you want and need, understand that, baby. You have all the power in this relationship, I'm just lucky to be in it.”
“I don't deserve you, Yoongi.”
He was putting the car in park, a perfect fit in the spot. He turned to you and grabbed your face, gently, his eyes searching it for Good knows what. “If anyone is undeserving, it's me. Don't say that. Please.” He put his forehead on yours and gave your nose a soft peck.
“Alright, gaja!”
You jumped out of the car and saw from the corner of your eye how Seojun ran to you and sort of covered you from what you guessed, were the security cameras. The fact that you were not wearing a mask completely escaped your mind and you immediately looked down and let your hair fall over your face. Yoongi had already punched in the code and the door was opening.
“I'm sorry,” you said as the three of you got into the elevator, “I forgot.” Seojun said nothing, merely looking straight at the door.
“Gwenchana, nobody saw you and I also forgot about it. I think we nearly gave Seojun-ah a heart attack. We're sorry, bro.” Yoongi said with a slight bow.
You repeated the action, keeping the bow.
“Miss Y/N, please, don't” he said, sounding upset. “It surprised me, that's all. I very nearly tucked you into my side but I know you wouldn't appreciate it. Just, please, be careful.”
“Mianheyo,” you said, still bowing, “I will be more careful in the future.”
That was the end of the discussion and you finished the elevator ride in silence. Yoongi noted that you were uncomfortable but said nothing. Once in the hallway, Seojun spoke again.
“I will head back down to wait for the guard shift, Yoongi-ssi. Do you need anything else? Do you need me to stay, for when you drive Miss Y/N back?”
“Oh no, it's ok, Seojun-ssi,” you interjected as Yoongi's response died on the tip of his tongue and had him looking at you in both surprise and wonder, “Huang-ssi will pick me up, Yoongi won't have to leave his home.” You smiled.
Both of their faces turned to a somewhat somber expression. Seojun bowed and turned back to the elevator, while Yoongi punched in the code and let you in.
To say his apartment was gorgeous was an understatement. You remembered how at that awful Festa dinner, each of the members had described their houses and how Yoongi said his dad's influence could be perceived all through the decor of his house. Well, Yoongi's dad had good taste.
The apartment was timeless and elegant, while maintaining functionality and a great atmosphere. You removed your shoes and put on the slippers Yoongi set out for you.
“Your house is gorgeous, Yoongi.”
“Hmm…” he replied, while moving further in, “thank you”. It was clear he was upset and he wasn't going to come out and say it on his own.
You followed Yoongi in and stood by the couch while he moved around, turning lights on and dropping his jacket in a room, which you assumed was his closet or a guest room. It was awkward standing there.
“Erm…Yoongi, do you want me to call Huang-ssi? I can leave if you want?” You asked, quietly. Almost afraid.
“If you want to leave, I can't stop you, Y/N.” Was all he said.
“Alright…” how had the night changed so fast? It was confusing as fuck. “May I use your restroom first and then I'll call him to pick me up?”
The way your voice was almost non-existent cut Yoongi to the core. He never wanted to put out your light like that. Yoongi turned back to you and went to hug you.
You stiffened but allowed him to hold you. You really weren't sure what was going on.
“I'm sorry, Y/N. Please, forgive me for being an ass.” Yoongi wanted you to hug him back but you weren't.
“I'm confused Yoongi, I don't know what happened between the car and coming up here. What did I do to upset you? Whatever it was, I'm sorry.” You whispered in his ear without really moving.
“It wasn't you, baby. I-...go to the bathroom first and I'll explain. Just please, don't call Huang-ssi. Stay. Please.” His voice was trembling.
You couldn't take it anymore and so you held him back and kissed his neck, “I won't leave.” Was all you said and stayed in his arms for a little while longer.
After a few minutes you wiggled, “I really need to use the bathroom though,” he chuckled and pulled back.
“Let me show you around,” he took you by the hand and took you through the secondary living room where his entertainment devices were, he showed you were his study/studio was, the laundry room, first and second guest rooms as well as the guest bathroom (you were right when you thought that first, small room was a closet) and then he took you to his master bedroom.
His room was huge with a huge bed, draped in a beige comforter and several pillows. You stopped for a second to admire his perfume collection and then made quick work of going to the bathroom.
The bathroom was bigger than your living room. It had a shower with a rainfall shower head, a separate tub with water jets that could fit at least three people, a beautiful sink and vanity, a small supply closet and a full length mirror.
You hurried, did your business and got out. By the time you were out, Yoongi was waiting for you, sitting on the secondary living room couch and sipping on whiskey. There was a tray with another glass of whisky, two bottles of water and some soda.
He was looking at you and again you noticed the slight discomfort you had noticed in the car.
What was wrong?
