The next morning, Peter had walked out into the living room to join the other Titans shortly after Raven left to go to her morning classes. Upon seeing the others, he gave a friendly waved.
"Sup, super-peeps." He quipped as he walked down the stairs.
Cyborg snickered and folded his arms, giving him an amused side eyes.
"What's got you so cheery, Spider-Boy?" The robotic Titan teased.
"Spider-MAN." He corrected sarcastically, then pointed over at Tim as he walked by the couch toward the kitchen. "If anything HE'S Spider-Boy."
Tim threw his arm up at that. "Hey! That's not my name!" He replied with a light hearted chuckle.
"What is it then?" Wally inserted teasingly.
Tim froze up at that. "Uh... Well... I'm still thinking of that part."
The others laughed at that in amusement.
"I'm sure you'll get it, Robin." Megan replied with an encouraging smile.
Peter chuckled and shook his head in amusement as he continued into the kitchen and grabbed a cup of coffee, before rejoining the others. He took a quick gulp, savoring the flavor of his morning drink. As he rounded the couch, he sat down near the end next to Cyborg, then looked over at Superboy.
"Yo, how'd it go with the big man, yesterday?" He asked excitedly.
The clone's eyes widened at that in surprise and he looked off awkwardly.
"It was... okay." He shrugged. "We walked around the city and got lunch. He was nice, just... I guess neither of us could figure out what to say."
Peter chuckled at that and nodded. "Awkward is better than nothing, I guess." He shrugged.
"It will get better. Just hang in there." Kaldur assured, causing the clone to crack a slight smile.
A few seconds after that, they got an alert over their monitor fixed on the wall in front of the couches. They all looked up in surprise and Peter flashed Cyborg and the other's a mischievous grin.
"Hey guys." He whispered. "When he answer's, let's all greet him at once."
Cyborg raised a brow at that with a confused grin. "Why?"
Peter shrugged at that. "Cause it'll be funny."
The others shook their heads with amused grins. Then a moment later, Cyborg pushed the button to answer the call and the face and cowl of the caped crusader appeared on the screen.
"HI BATMAN!" The Titans all said at once, snickering in amusement.
Batman raised an eyebrow at that, going silent for a moment in confusion.
"...Hello..." he replied.
"No, the next line is, hello, angels." Wally chuckled, making it even harder for Tim to remain focused.
"Focus, guys." Cyborg chuckled with a shake of the head. Then looked back at the screen. "What you got for us?"
Batman grimaced for a moment in silence, before responding. "Earlier today Green Arrow and Black Canary were ambushed by a mysterious android."
"Another android?" Peter replied with an eyebrow raised, making a mental note of that. "They must be in style."
"This one was different." Batman replied. "It was capable of learning its enemy's powers."
Peter's eyes widened at that. "It's enemy's powers?"
He immediately recognized that similarity to the dream he had the prevous day.
