Nightwing and Starfire arrived back at the hotel immediately after getting a rather distressed call from Peter. Although, he asked what was wrong, the web-head remained entirely cryptic about the situation, which made Dick a little nervous. When they both entered Peter and Raven's room, they found everyone inside waiting for them; Peter, Raven, Kate, Tim, and Batgirl. Upon seeing the couple, the older members gave them both serious looks, except Tim who remained more ignorant than the others.
"Hey guys, uh..." Dick began, his friendly smile fading once he noticed their expressions. "Oh, this can't be good."
"In this city? Never." Kate sighed, with her arms folded.
"Did you guys find anything on Jason?" Starfire asked, curiously.
"Nothing yet." Peter sighed as he sat at the room's desk, busy with his mask on, facing away from the others.
"So, then what?..." Dick began, then stopped once he noticed Batgirl brooding by the window, then he glanced back at Peter. "Okay... what's up?"
"Apparently, the Joker escaped Arkham last night." Tim shrugged.
"Again?" Dick replied.
"Did we expect anything less?" Tim sighed.
"THAT'S what we saw in his vision when we tried it..." Raven explained, gesturing subtly to Batgirl. "HER being attacked."
"Holy shit..." Dick's eyes widened. "How bad WAS it?"
"That's not for me to talk about." Peter replied eith a shake of the head. "You wanna know? Ask HER."
Dick raised an eyebrow at that and looked to his ally with confusion. "Babs?"
Batgirl merely sighed and shook her head at that. "I'll tell you later."
"Okay. Fair enough." Dick nodded, then looked back to the others. "But you guys DID stop him, right?"
"We did." Raven nodded.
"AFTER almost getting shot, of course." Kate shrugged.
"Sounds about right." Dick nodded with an amused grin. "So that makes TWO people we're trying to locate. Any leads?"
"I've hacked into the traffic cameras for the city." Peter replied, watching footage after footage in his mask. "I'm following the van to see where it ended up. We can pick up the trail there."
"Sounds good." Dick nodded. "And Jason?"
"Nothing yet." Batgirl replied with a shrug, returning to join the group. "But he seems like he's on some sort of mission. So I'm sure we'll see him again soon."
"Right." Dick nodded. "He's definitely not out yet."
"Not with our training." Tim shrugged.
"Have you called Bruce yet?" Dick asked.
"As hesitant as I may have been, yes." Peter joked. "He's searching the scene of the escape for any clues."
"Good." Dick nodded. "Should be short work, then."
"Got it!" Peter said as he stood up from his chair, turning off his suit's AI. "The van stopped outside the Ace Chemicals plant."
"Dude PICK a new hideout already." Tim joked with a shake of the head.
"Then what are we waiting for?" Batgirl asked as she started towards the door.
"She's right, lets go jump him." Peter quipped, pointing to the red headed heroine, then looked to Robin. "You go with her and stay close. Raven, same wkth Kate. Starfire, you've got Grayson."
