Inside of the meeting room.
Mori, Ozaki, Chuuya, Kanae, and Aldrich are all sitting in one table.
The tension in the room was fairly high with most of them looking at their boss, Mori.
Ozaki: So, what's our move now, Mori-dono?
Aldrich: What move? We're practically crippled at this point. The 6th generation are still in control but obviously, that's not the only concern that we have to deal with now.
Chuuya: I know...
*SLAM!!!!*
All of a sudden, Chuuya slams his fist on to the table with rage and frustration.
Chuuya: Those bastards! I still can't get over how they betrayed us like that! Those shitheads were spies this entire time! How did we not see this coming!?
Kanae: Well, I did...but I wasn't so sure since we never did have any evidence of their activities other than what we saw from them
Chuuya: All that stuff becoming Hirotsu's replacements. All they did was acting like they're screwing around but in reality, they've been feeding the Crimson Shinigami information on us.
Aldrich: That pretty much explains why our forces have been dwindling at a rapid rate. It's not just the 6th generation that are taking our forces...but the Crimson Shinigami had moles that were giving information to them. Including the idea of using the central tower in Shinagawa to track our every movement.
Kanae: While some of us suspected that both Yamazaki Aoto and Kateyama Oda were spies for a 3rd party. It seems they went out of their way to ensure that we get into conflict with the 6th generation and even the White Room as well. I don't think Atsuomi is going to take kindly to how our organization trashed his friend's hospital since it's a government owned said hospital. Though to be exact, it's a property also owned by Atsuomi himself. We're likely going to be a target of the government soon enough.
Mori: Yes...that is something that I was afraid of.
He then turns his head towards Chuuya as he gave him the most serious look than he's ever given to someone before.
Mori: Chuuya-kun.
Chuuya: What is it? Why are you looking at me like that boss?
Mori: What happened last month...I've already said this when you came back here...you were utterly reckless.
Chuuya: I know...but I managed to bring back Hirotsu and saved Akutagawa's life!
Ozaki: He's right actually. While the boy does still deserve punishment for disobeying you. His actions did allow us to have two of our more important members of the mafia back to active duty. Isn't that what's most important?
Kanae: I'd have to agree with her. For as reckless and boneheaded as Nakahara-san. He was able to bring them back...albeit having a certain faction involved in the mix to help him and his group.
Chuuya: Tch! That's only for one time. I'm not teaming up with anyone from the agency nor anyone in Class S for that matter.
Kanae: Does that also include Dazai-kun then?
Chuuya: Of course! Like hell I'd work with that nutjob!
He answered as angrily as he could as Kanae gave a playful gesture.
