3rd person POV
Within a hallway, a boy wearing a black cap began walking in silence.
Ito Shinryuu was all by himself as he wanders through the hallway.
He then came to a stop as he someone was walking towards him.
Akuma Yamato began walking from the opposite direction as he faces Shinryuu in person.
Yamato: How unexpected. What is it that you want to discuss this late at night?
Shinryuu: You know why?
Yamato: What?
Shinryuu: I've been hearing it from Hideki-kun. It sounds like you and Kenji-kun are up to something behind our backs.
Yamato: Ohh really?
Shinryuu: It's no use hiding it. Is it true?
Yamato: I don't know what you're talking about. I want you to be specific with me and spill it out.
Shinryuu: No, I want to hear it from you.
Yamato: *Sigh* why do I bother with you in such a late hour? Listen, whatever you just heard, it doesn't matter. My mind has made up and there's not much you can do about it.
Shinryuu: Then tell me...why did you made up you mind? I thought we're supposed to bring back the Masterpiece?!
Yamato: That was the plan. "Was" the plan.
Shinryuu: I don't get it. You and everyone in the 6th generation. We respected him in spite of being a thorn on our side. So why? Why have you made that decision?!
Yamato: You know the phrase "If you can't have something, then no one can?". That's exactly what this is about.
Shinryuu: It's about that meeting that happened a while back, isn't it!?
Yamato: Correct. I decided to abandon that mission knowing that there are other people planning to kill him. If I'm being honest, I did ask myself at one point on why we even need him when Ayanokouji-sensei has us?
Shinryuu: Huh?!
Yamato: Think about it, Shinryuu. We've been wasting our breath on Ayanokouji-senpai that we didn't even consider the obvious.
Shinryuu: And what would that be?
Yamato: Do I really need to explain everything to you?
Shinryuu: What?
Yamato began to walk past Shinryuu without saying anything after.
Shinryuu suddenly started grinding his teeth in anger.
In an unexpected move, Shinryuu suddenly grabbed Yamato by the shoulder, stopping him.
Yamato: What do you think you're doing?
Shinryuu: You think can just ignore me like that?! What happened to you!? I thought you're better than this!?
Yamato: We could've been so much more.
Shinryuu: Huh?
Yamato: We were being held back because of Ayanokouji-sensei. Sooner or later, you'll understand. After all, you really believe that he's going to spare the family that had been friends with your family for years.
Shinryuu: What are you trying to say?!
Yamato: I have nothing more to say to you, Shinryuu. Now...could you put your hand away, please? Or else...
