Majima: Leo-san.
Leo: What is it?
Majima: Aren't you excited?
Leo: Hardly anything excites me.
He said while having his arms crossed.
Majima: Why not? What I'm pulling here is to ensure true balance in this society.
Leo: True balance you say?
Majima: Yes, isn't that what your organization is about?
Leo kept his face blank as Majima continued.
Majima: Society is rotten to the core and I'm going to show that using the mind controlled Lycoris.
Leo: And pray tell what you will do with these Lycoris?
Majima smirks as he replies:
Majima: They'll simply serve as both bait and a little spectacle that I've planned.
Leo: I see. While you begin this plan of yours. I'll be taking my leave for a bit.
Majima: Sure, but head back, you have a hand in this, so you get to watch this plan unfold as well.
Leo: That's nice of you.
Majima: By the way.
Just before Leo leaves. Majima stops him.
Leo: What is it?
Majima: What exactly did you do while you were sneakily moving about DA's headquarters while Ritsu-chan is hacking the place?
Leo: Nothing much. I already said that I got what I need.
Majima: And what was it?
Leo: Just a program that the DA secretly hid at the behest of the government.
Majima: What kind of program?
Leo just leaves after ignoring Majima's question.
Majima: Hey! Come back here! You haven't told me what it was!
With Leo Tolstoy leaving he then contacts Fyodor once he was all alone.
Leo: Fyodor, his operation has begun.
Fyodor: Excellent.
Leo: I should consider keeping an eye on him more just to make sure he doesn't try anything.
Fyodor: Cautious, are we? You have a point.
Leo: Should I send the weapon now? I already have it in my flash drive.
He says as he takes it out.
Fyodor: Yes, send it to Dr. Goethe.
Leo: Understood.
After hanging up.
Leo takes out a device from his coat and inserts the flash drive onto said device as it starts loading as the screen on the device says:
