At an undisclosed location
3rd person POV
Kakine Teitoku was walking down a hallway with a can of Pepsi in hand.
He gulped the beverage down as he walked.
Though as he was wandering about. He noticed an individual walking towards his path.
Hiiragi Nana.
The two of them suddenly stopped as they faced each other.
Kakine: What?
Nana: I just want to talk. If that's okay with you.
Kakine: Tch! Don't give me your sweet girl attitude. I already know exactly who you are from a glance alone.
Nana: I wouldn't be surprised given that your intelligence is obviously above mine to perceive such a thing.
Kakine: So, what do you want to talk to me for?
Nana: Oh, nothing much. I'm just curious to know. Why have you decided to join Apocalypse in the first place?
Kakine: Is that all? Such an idiotic question. What about you then?
Nana: I told everyone already why I'm here. I want to rid of the government who took everything from me. That's all.
Kakine: I see. Is that really all?
Nana: Are you trying to imply that I have some ulterior motive?
Kakine: Who knows? You're a little out of place to be part of an organization like this. You don't look sadistic enough to be in an organization like this. I mean just look at the people we're working with. Bunch of scummy bastards.
Nana: I know, but aren't you one yourself?
Kakine frowned at her statement. Though kept calm as he spoke.
Kakine: You got quite the mouth there. Tough luck for you to try and piss me off.
Nana: I'm not here to piss you off or whatever. I'm just wondering. You seem like a guy who would work for himself and nobody else. So, I ask again, why work for Fyodor-san anyway?
Kakine: You're really that curious huh?
Nana: Of course. It would be selfish of you if you didn't explain your side of the story when the rest of us already told ours. Out of all the members that Fyodor-san has recruited. You're still a bit of a mystery to us, though Fyodor-san and the rest of the Celestial Angels know who you are. How come you're not keen on telling anything to us who are lower than them?
Kakine: Lower? You talk as if I'm some kind of inferior lifeform. Fool, they're nothing but false Gods thinking they have the world under their control. They think they know it all.
Nana: Sounds like you're not fond of their authority over us. You're definitely not the loyal type that's for sure.
Kakine: I can say the same for you, little girl.
Nana: Little girl? Heh! Don't underestimate me just because I am one.
Kakine: You want to know why I'm here? You're going to have to earn my respect first.
Nana: If I land a hit on you. Would that earn your respect?
Kakine: If you can hit me that is.
Nana: No problem. You don't even seem capable of fighting other than your weapon that you're hiding under your sleeve. Either way, you don't seem physically impressive.
Kakine: Is that so?
Nana: Let's put that to the test then.
All of a sudden, Nana started running towards Kakine.
