A day before the raid

Tokyo, Japan
Task Force base
3rd person POV
Nagisa: Ehh!?
Karma: Why do you sound so confused?
Nagisa: You sure this is a good idea?
Karma: I asked Okuda-san to do this so this will be fine.
He was holding a small container of what looks like a purple liquid.
Nagisa: Seriously, I know you like asking her to make poisons and all but...
Okuda: It's okay, Nagisa-kun. I mean if it is for helping him deal with Apocalypse then I'm fine with it.
Karma: Yeah, what she said. I mean this isn't about pranks or killing Koro-sensei. We're here to use every advantage possible to defeat Apocalypse.
Nagisa: I get your point but...poisons!?
Karma: Assassins use them man. Don't tell you forgot about that? I mean not all assassinations have to be carried out with just slashing or choking people to death. They use poisons to kill them too. Sure, the process is slow but that depends on the potency. Though there are cases where they use a more paralytic type of poison where instead of outright killing them, they can simply incapacitate them. Don't worry, this poison that Okuda-san made isn't for killing. It's for paralyzing any person that has this in their system for a limited time.
Nagisa: Ohh...I see.
Okuda: I hope it's to your liking. Though I haven't really tested it out yet.
Nagisa: You what!?
Okuda: Karma-kun wanted it as soon as possible since the mission is tomorrow and...unfortunately, I don't have enough materials to make more so this is the only poison I can make right now.
Karma: That's okay. It doesn't matter if I have one or two. It's already enough for me.
Nagisa: But that's a very small amount of it.
Okuda: I made it as potent as possible. To what extent is still a bit of a mystery since I have yet to test it.
Nagisa: That's good and all but...you said it's not yet tested. I mean what if that poison really did start killing people if Karma uses it?
Karma: Are you doubting her? Come on, she's practically taking a chemistry program in college. I think she's done good enough to prevent a poison for being too lethal.
Okuda: Ohh...thanks for the vote of confidence there, Karma-kun.
Nagisa: Still...
Karma: Have some faith, Nagisa-kun. I know you're still bummed out on your defeat against that Ito Shinryuu guy.
Nagisa: What?
Karma: I mean, you're probably thinking to yourself that you still can't keep up with a White Room student. Don't let that get to you.
Nagisa: No, that's not it.
Karma: Then what are you worried about as of now?
Nagisa: I...
He suddenly restrained himself from speaking further which confused Karma and Okuda.
Okuda: Is something wrong, Nagisa-kun?
Nagisa: Sorry...it's nothing.
Karma: Hmm...
The red-haired boy's face became that of suspicion as he felt like something is up with his friend.
