At an undisclosed location
3rd person POV
Fyodor Dostoevsky was watching the monitors as he was observing the fight. It was of course the battle with Ayanokouji and Shiro against Dante and Nikolai.
Fyodor watches with glee as it's almost like he couldn't contain himself as the battle went on.
Just then, he hears sound from his communicator that was on his ear.
He began to speak as he was now talking to someone on the communicator.
Goethe: All the preparations are complete sir.
Fyodor: Good, and what of our other members?
Goethe: They're preparing as we speak. We should make progress very soon.
Fyodor: Then I presume that things are going smoothly. Excellent.
Goethe: What about you, Fyodor? Aren't you going to join up with us?
Fyodor: Not yet. I have to ensure that Ayanokouji along with a few of his pesky friends are...how shall I put this? Permanently retired. I do not want them to continue becoming a problem for Apocalypse.
Goethe: I see. Still, if they do manage to capture you...
Fyodor: You and I both know that we have a backup plan. Regardless of what they do, they will not stop me nor Apocalypse.
He begins to sip tea as he continued.
Fyodor: They already lost before they even knew it.

Shiro vs Nikolai
Nikolai began to defend himself as Shiro attempted to land a kick onto him.
While Nikolai got stronger due to the serum that Goethe made for him. It doesn't save him as Shiro transitions to a back kick in the blink of an eye towards Nikolai's stomach. He got pushed back.
Nikolai didn't have time to take a breather though as Shiro lands a vicious punch to Nikolai's face again.
He barely has time to defend himself as Shiro was beating the Clown to oblivion.
With some quick thinking though, Nikolai began removing his own cape as he uses it to block Shiro's vision the moment he struck.
Nikolai follows that up with an elbow strike, pushing Shiro back a bit.
But through the cape itself, a bullet was fired at it as Nikolai got shot in the face...
Or rather, grazed as Nikolai only took a bit of a scratch as he barely dodged the shot.
Nikolai backs off as Shiro throws the cape down to the ground.
Nikolai: You really are a pain in the ass, huh!?
Shiro: I can say the same for you. As much as I want to shove this pistol up your mouth and shoot you with it. I'm not allowed to kill as long as Kiyotaka-kun is here. Consider yourself lucky.
Nikolai: Ohh really?! You're saying that if Ayanokouji isn't here, you'd actually kill me?
Shiro: I'm not as merciful as him.
As he hears that, Nikolai began to chuckle to himself.
Nikolai: Is that right!? Well then...
He begins to use his cane again as a barrel begin to show itself.
