When you were visiting your family but your little sister exposes you.

You and Heeseung were at your family's place for dinner, a warm and lively gathering that you had been looking forward to for days. The delicious food, hearty laughter, and shared stories made the evening perfect. After dinner, you and Heeseung settled on the sofa, his arm casually draped around your shoulder. It felt natural, comfortable, like he was already a part of the family.

As you relaxed, your little sister, Aera, bounded over with the energy only a ten-year-old could muster. She stopped in front of you and Heeseung, staring at him with wide, curious eyes. The silence stretched on, and Heeseung gave you a side-eye that clearly said, 'Has she seen a ghost?'

"Aera, what is it?" you asked, trying to hide your amusement.

"He looks familiar," she said, her brow furrowing as she tried to place him.

You glanced at Heeseung, who raised an eyebrow. "How do I look familiar, Aera?" he asked gently.

Aera's eyes suddenly lit up with recognition. "OH! You're the boy who unnie stares at on her phone!"

Your eyes widened in horror, and before she could say anything more, you clamped your hand over her mouth. "Aera, why don't you go play in your room?" you suggested, trying to sound calm.

Aera giggled behind your hand and skipped away, leaving you and Heeseung alone again. Heeseung's smirk was impossible to miss as he leaned in a little closer, though still keeping a respectful distance. "So," he began, his voice low and teasing, "what was she talking about?"

You sighed, a mixture of embarrassment and relief washing over you as your dad came into the room and started a conversation with Heeseung. You took the opportunity to gather your thoughts, trying to figure out how to explain the situation.

The evening eventually wound down, and you found yourselves in the car, waving at your parents one last time before driving off. As you drove, you silently prayed that Heeseung wouldn't bring up Aera's comment. But, of course, life had different plans for you.

"So," Heeseung began, breaking the silence, "did you think I forgot about what your sister said earlier?"

You pursed your lips, trying to play innocent. "What are you talking about?"

Heeseung gave you a pointed look. "Do you think I'm dumb?"

You slumped your shoulders, knowing you were caught. "Fine," you muttered. "What do you want to know?"

Heeseung's smirk returned. "What did she mean about you staring at me on your phone?"

You took a deep breath, feeling the heat rise in your cheeks. "Okay, around the first times we dated, I used to come home and..." You hesitated, searching for the right words.

"Stare at me?" Heeseung finished for you, his tone amused.

You held up your hands defensively. "Not in a weird way! Just... you know, like... admiring you?"

Heeseung chuckled, clearly enjoying your discomfort. "Admiring me, huh?"

You rolled your eyes, feeling the blush deepen. "Yes, Heeseung. Admiring. I just thought you were really handsome and sometimes I liked looking at your pictures or videos after we hung out. It made me feel closer to you."

Heeseung's teasing smile softened into something warmer. "That's actually really sweet," he admitted.

You sighed, relieved that he wasn't making fun of you too much. "It's embarrassing, okay? But it's true."

Heeseung reached over and took your hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "You don't have to be embarrassed. I think it's cute."

You turned to look at him, a small smile tugging at your lips. "Really?"

"Really," he said, his eyes sparkling with affection. "And for the record, I might have done the same thing a few times."

You laughed, feeling the tension melt away. "Oh, so it's not just me, then?"

"Nope," Heeseung replied, grinning. "Looks like we're both a little obsessed with each other."

You smiled, squeezing his hand back. "I guess so."

Heeseung's teasing tone returned. "But seriously, staring at me on your phone? That's kind of adorable."

You groaned, shaking your head. "You're never going to let this go, are you?"

Heeseung leaned over and pressed a quick kiss to your cheek. "Probably not," he admitted. "But that's okay. It just means I get to tease you a little more."

You laughed, feeling a warmth in your chest that had nothing to do with embarrassment and everything to do with the way Heeseung made you feel. "I suppose I can live with that."

Heeseung's smile was soft and genuine. "Good. Because I kind of like teasing you."

You rolled your eyes, but you couldn't help the smile that spread across your face. "Well, as long as you keep it cute, I think I can handle it."

Heeseung chuckled, squeezing your hand once more before letting go to focus on the road. "Deal."

As you continued the drive home, the atmosphere was filled with comfortable silence, punctuated by occasional laughter and playful teasing. Despite the initial embarrassment, you felt closer to Heeseung than ever, grateful for his understanding and the way he always managed to make you smile.

And as you glanced at him out of the corner of your eye, you couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe, your little sister's unexpected revelation had been a blessing in disguise.
