Go easy on me~ Dennis/Arthur

62. Beach day.

"Can Dennis join us?" Asks Arthur at the breakfast table.

Alex, Charlotte, Lorenzo and Charles joined him and Maman for breakfast before going to the beach.

A friend of Maman is joining us there. It's good to see how she spends so much time with her now, because she has been a lot happier the last few days.

They talked about it and Maman said to him that they were best friends in high school but lost contact later, and now they found each other back and the click is back.

The last few days have been busy for him. Alice is on a small holiday with her parents and Dennis has been here with Arthur.

Arthur has seen things around Monaco, and they went to Nice yesterday to see how it is there.

They are spending a lot of time together, and to be honest, he is really happy that Dennis is here.

He still learned for his exams but learned to let it go a bit because of Dennis. So he learns in the morning and in the afternoon he will join Dennis doing whatever.

In two days, he has his next exams and last night he started to freak out a bit, texted Dennis he couldn't come the next day and really needed to learn. He was in a panic mode and Dennis helped him out of it.

He came over, and they learned together. He asked Arthur questions and he answered them. It went well and Dennis said they would continue today if Arthur wants.

He's really sweet for helping him.

Lorenzo asked if they could go to the beach today, and everyone agreed and so did he. He would like to spend some time with family, but he also wants to see Dennis.

No one still knows something. Alice, of course, but they don't find it weird that he is spending so much time with Dennis.

And he has a really good friendship with Dennis now. He's really happy about that.

There is no way he will ruin that by saying he has feelings for the man. No, they will go away eventually.

"Of course he can. "Oh by the way, was he here last night?" Asks Maman and Arthur takes a bite and nods.

He eats his mouth empty first before speaking.

"I was a bit stressed about my exam, and he asked if he could help me. So he came over and overheard me while asking questions. It went quite well, luckily." Says Arthur

"You are smart, stop stressing about these things." Says Charles and ruffles through his hair.

Arthur slaps his hand away and sighs very loud and fix his hair again while others at the table laugh.

"You will do great, Arthur." Says Alex and Arthur looks at her and smiles.

"Thank you." He says and she smiles at him.

Alex has been really sweet in the last few days, she always has been. Don't get him wrong. But she brings drinks or food to his room on the days where he was learning.

"You and Dennis got quite close, no?" Asks Lorenzo and Arthur nods.

"It have been really fun to spend some time with him. He's a great friend." Says Arthur

"I'm happy you found him. You've been happier lately." Says Maman.

"Well it also helps that we are okay again." Says Arthur, and she smiles and lays her hand on his arm for a second before taking it off again.

"Me too." She says and Arthur smiles.

He finishes his breakfast and helps his mother clean up the table.
